The decision to re-ban Smokey (and yes he was banned before) was taken as a whole by the Admin team. To blame one admin for this decision is, as always in cases like these, ridiculous. We make a decision as a team, and even if one or two Admins may disagree we stand behind the majority decision. In this way the Admin team's decisions are as democratic as possible.
