As already mentioned, Order tech is above High Tech definitions. I am not sure how exactly the logistics of the Order is working, but they have to be good, in addition to that know about how to develope great technologies. Nephthys was one of them, as well as the Bastet with it six class 10 guns. Though, not the same, but there is no other ship on Disco I know that got a possibility to mount so many High Tech guns like that. It is indeed true, that in reality we are not really under attack by nomads ingame. But yeh...inRP it has to be used. Using it's stats for a non-Order vessels seems...odd for me, since I believe the Order is at the top of High Tech weapons....which would explain why they are so powerful.
Just...everything because of the lore. I don't complain. I am fine with it. And if you compare the amount of good PvPers in Liberty (also the amount of ships there) with the PvPers in Order space...the topic explains itself I think.

I didn't say anything about a nerf to do with the Nephthys; if anything, I'd prefer one on the nomad ships so they aren't so grossly unkillable in the hands of somebody with an above average amount of skill on tap.
Yes Kaze, ingame=/=lore. Which is why I invite those who think as you do to choose one. Having both is as impossible as having fairness and equality at the same time.
My views on the Wraith are probably well-known by now, but I doubt that particular balance will change. It's not as if the wraith doesn't have its own clear downside to its use (5 forwards) though personally I dont believe it to be enough.
Lennox: So because I am good at PvP (lets say that I am), I should be forced to fly a worse ship than somebody who isn't? I mean, I could just fly a Nephthys instead and shoot at Liberty folks, and then you have the problem of a good PvPer in a good PvP ship, going around and PvPing everything.
I'm certainly not the only one.
