Almost nothing. On average it should be using something like 5.32 kBps up+down with the Speex codec the Discovery TS server uses.

EDIT: You can see real-time connection statistics for TS if you press the "Self" menu and then the "Connection Info" button at the bottom of the menu.

Well, there are channels for major groups, but it's pretty much dead a lot of the time, so I just hover in the general section.
