Junkers, in my view, should have a similar relationship to lawfuls and unlawfuls the Jawas do in Star Wars. They showed up in Jabba Desiljic Tiure's palace but they also have aided Imperial patrols and some fought for the Alliance to Restore the Republic.

robert:

history moves on. - not too long ago, FP11 played host to a [HF] hacker battleship who stated to gather information about the keepers / nomads. - being a close ally to the outcasts ( and seeing it returned not to mactan, but to malta after that mission ) - gives me the impression that the outcasts do know about the true nature of the nomads, as their close allies know.

the incident may still be remembered, as it cause uproar in theta as the battleship passed through protected by the AW. - the outcasts cannot hide behind ignorance about the nomads, - more than enough stories have been spun about them ( by playerfactions, mind - not just independents ) - furthermore the whole story about the keepers started with ( admittedly ) stories involving the hackers. ( story of the harbinger etc. ) - that doesn t mean that these fact are known - but it means that ... at least someone knows, - the sight of the harbinger as a nomad battleship hasn t been a secret one. the harbinger was flying openly through the whole core systems and people still remember that.

there are a lot of stories that the outcasts have access to about how the nomads are. that doesn t mean they must not worship them as guardians, but it means that they will open fire on them at the moment they see them trespassing into their affairs, gods or no gods.

While they might have access to the stories, that doesn't mean the Outcasts would believe them.

I think it is a good mechanic for Outcasts and Nomads to be relatively... Neutral. It is a unique relationship in the game, which in my opinion shouldn't be changed.

thats my point, - its a convenient agreement backed up by vanilla - and i don t doubt it. but if playerstories, especially by powerful players ( that measn playerfactions and factionleaders ) involve knowledge about them - these rumors must change. - or what is roleplay for when it doesn t change a thing.

the outcasts will trust a leader / flagship of the lane hackers, - they have no other choice. - anyway, its not the place to discuss diplomatic matters here. - and it ll be hard to convince each other of our point of view.
