And so they flew.. They did enter the Baffin jumphole.. Nothing more then some patrols came along its path. Then the thrusters where activated and they where headed towards teh Kyushu Jumpgate. After some time they did see the Kyushu Jumpgate. Richard was wondering if it would fit as the ship size was soo big. Due to excellent skill they managed to get trough the Jumpgate. Where greeted by a KNF patrol for a cargo scan. All went well. The engines where started again and they flew to Kyushu planet.

Then suddenly another contact.. A trader. Richard starts a transmission to the vessel.. "Kallisti Captain of the 'Jack_O'Neil'. Don't be afraid we are just refueling here. You have some news for me for what lies up ahead towards the New York Gate?" The ship took as fast as he could the tradelane and left.

"Well guys it seems he was scared by our ship. I guess we did spook him out in a way. Linda what is the status of the overheated back thruster. Is it fixed?" "They are working on it as we speak sir. It might take an hour at most." "When the thruster problems are solved could you please inform me then?" "We will captain" "Then i will go in the meantime to my quarters. 23's" A few hours later Richard receives a call "Kallisti Captain Richard Cole, The thrusters are all up and running the problems are solved. What are your new orders?" "Set course to the New Tokyo Jumpgate. And then head towards planet New Tokyo. I will take a rest for now." "Ok sir if something will come we will contact you again. Good night and 23's." "23's"

They set course to New Tokyo Jumpgate. There they meet an KNF ship with the callsign [KNF]KDS-Shirayuki. The captain did greet the [TAZ]Barrel.Roll and informed they where allowed to proceed. So they did. While entering New Tokyo some new patrols came. Then the scanners kept showing nothing... For how long? That question was in everyone his/her minds. But the pilot did what the captain ordered... Fly towards New Tokyo planet. Upon arrival the pilot parked the ship..

Then Captain Richard Cole was informed and they decided to inspect the engines again and check the hulls for any cracks. Hours passed and the captain decided to give the crew some break.

The next day the crew changed shifts. The ship was still in front of Planet New Tokyo and nothing spectacular seemed to have happened in the meantime. Just some passing traders. After some hours Captain Richard Cole orders Captain Reynard Gull to scout around for any hostile activity and possible obstructers within the flying route. After the initial scouting report of Reynard, Richard decided to set course to the Jumpgate.Some mere transports where passing us by. Reynard did see briefly some Golden Chrysanthemums on his scanners. He could not tell if they where actually where Golden Chrysanthemums as he only did see their transponders. They seemed not to have any interest to talk, so Richard Cole made the decision to go trough the Jumpgate. "Captain Reynard, could you please check the other side and report back?" Captain Reynard enters the jumpgate.. And then suddenly there comes a message. "All is clear Richard, you can get trough. I will start scouting one tradelane ahead and come back to escort you to Sigma 19. At least if you want to make it that far? "We will see for now. First lets get to the Sigma 19 gate. Then we will see what else will come on our way." "Ok will start the scouting now after it i will wait you at the Jumpgate if the Barrel.Roll is not trough yet." "That is good Captain Reynard." Then the transmissions end for some time. Captain Richard Cole instructs the Pilot how to go safely trough the Jumpgate. Just when they enter the Jumpgate Captain Reynard contacts the Barrel.Roll. "The area is clear, and i am waiting to escort you to the Sigma 19 Jumpgate." "Good to hear that Captain Reynard we just arrived as you might see on your scanners. We are setting the course now. " "Ok I will follow you." "Course is set, charging cruise engines." and so they flew to the Sigma 19 Jumpgate.

When they arrived at the Jumphole Captain Reynard needed to do some minor refueling. So he landed on the landing platform outside the ship.

After the refueling they went trough the gate. Suddenly Richard Cole gets an incoming transmission. He looks at it and has no clue who it is. The senders name was Kamots. And his ships identification was Before.the.Dawn. Richard wondered what he wanted from him. After some time clearly he had problems entering Baffin. So Richard decided to make a transmission on the inner Fnordnet to solve this issue. During this time Richard decided to head towards the Luxury Liner Hawaii. The problem was to locate it trough the big Gas cloud so Captain Reynard showed the way. After that he had to dock and take some rest. After some time there it was.. The Luxury Liner Hawaii

Richard looked at it and was wondering in himself "Now we are here.. We need someone to unload our precious pineals. Might contact passing traders to unload the ship. Or contact other popes on the fnordnet." Before he could contact anyone on the Fnordnet a trader came by. It was a Luxury liner with Orbital Spa and Cruise papers. "Kallisti Captain, could you be so kind to unload our goods?" some time did go by.. Then almost before he was outside the radar range he stopped and responded. "No problem sir. But I want 5 mill for the unloading." "You got yourself a deal mister!" And so they started to unload the ship.

After captain Reynard did leave the bridge. Richard was wondering what to do with his request. After a few minutes he decided to give him some private quarters on the ship. He sents a small text message to Captain Reynard.

I did enjoy the flight and I gave orders to assign you with some private quarters. You will be informed shortly where your private quarters are located. I am glad we have good captains as yourself on our vessel protecting us and guiding us when needed.

Few days later Moniek was feeding little Ryan. "Ryan, don't make such a mess! You have to eat it!" and he spits some food outside his mouth. "You can be such a naughty boy. Lets do it differently then." and she cleans him up a little and takes a new spoon as he threw the old one on the ground. "I really need to learn you some manners young man!" Ryan looked at Moniek with the most cute face he could make. And started to cry again. Moniek picks him up and hold him in her hands then he burps. While holding him she thinks about home.. Her father, Mother.. Her cousin Jack and ofcourse Eric. Suddenly Ryan starts to cry again and Moniek calms him down. "You have a good life now haven't you. You get everything from us. Now you only eat and fill your diapers." she puts Ryan in his playpen. And starts to sing a song until he falls asleep.

After Ryan felt asleep she is trying to get in contact with her family and friends which where rebuilding the Freeport XXI. Ashamed as she is few months did pas without her even realizing it. Time went so fast when people where all so busy. She made a transmission.

The next morning Richard decided to fly towards Okinawa. It was a long trip trough the nebula within Sigma 19. Even some passing patrols just appeared within the nebula in front of the ship. Linda just managed to evade it or it could have damaged the ship. But not only the ship also the patrol who was unaware and almost flew themselves into their own death. When this happened Richard ordered to decrease the impulse speed. For the safety of the ship, its passengers and the ships which where passing by.

Once reached Okinawa they did set course to Planet Miura. "Straight ahead Linda.. I suggest we are mooring for repairs. I did hear that Fuxyueru Trade Hub is suited for this." "Affirmative Richard, I will set the course. You know where the Trade Hub is located?" "Believing the words of other popes it was in front of the Planet Miura." "I will keep an eye out on the scanners and the window" "I will take a look at the transmissions we had the last few hours."

Some time later they arrived Pilot Linda did see something through the window.
"Captain Richard, there it is the Fuxyueru Trade Hub. But i see 2 stations.. One seems even to be upside down. Guess they where drunk while building that" Richard takes a good look. "Linda we must take the top one. There it is" and he points it out towards Linda. "Affimative Richard. I will dock it at that station." "I will go back to the transmissions then. I am really behind.." He walks back to the commanders seat. He has faith in Linda he tought her well.

After docking the vessel they made the repairs which was needed and departed again. They stood a while near the planet. Some GMG where busy supplying their bases. Then there came a passing trader.. a ship with the name -[T]-Peyer- did the Barrel.Roll. Richard heard of the transmission and decided to respond. "Kallisti, how are you doing Peyer?".. the trader responded instantly! "Fine. I earned a lot of money today. I'm happy." Richard was very glad and he resumed the conversation after a cargoscan of the trader.

"Good to hear.. btw i see you have some nice food there.. " Yes. I'm going to Fujisawa." "Too bad.. I guess my crew would like to have some good meals over here." "If you want, I can sell you." "How much you want for it sir?" "I think 3.500.000 is a good price. Sirius Credits of course." "Well you got yourself a deal. I will sent my crew a message to transfer it from your cargo holds and give you in return the credits ofcourse."

"Thank you very much sir.. You made my crew here very happy" "Thank you for the transaction." "It did even seem we where out of food. You came just in time or we might have had to starve. And you are welcome we thank you even more for it!".. Then suddenly a GMG vessel came trough the tradelanes. "Kallisti GMG! I guess we are setting a new course. and lets hope we won't find any nasty pirates on the way" they did set course towards Nagano.

On the way they came across another GMG vessel. They had a small conversation and the Barrel.Roll resumed towards Nagano. A system which some call dangerous. Flying trough the system it was quiet.. Not even one ship did cross the path of the Barrel.Roll. Once arrived at the Planet Tomioka The ship did position itself into a safe orbit. just outside the astroid fields.

Captain Reynard suddenly asked for permission to survey the nearby system and the surrounding gas field. "Permission granted Captain Reynard!"

after that he went straight of for his mission. And Samura|-Akatsuki assisted us for filling the ship up with the Furs.

some time did pass since captain Reynard did undock. Richard decided to go to his quarters. "Linda if you could take it over for now. I am heading to my quarters. If captain Reynard is back on his mission please make sure we stay within this sector." "Ok captain If there is something important to report I will contact you as soon as possible." Richard nods towards Linda and he walks towards his quarters. He opens the door and he looks for Moniek, but she was not there. He did check on Baby Ryan and he saw him sleeping within is crib. So he closed the door behind him and sat down on the couch. After some moments he just fell asleep..

suddenly there is a screaming sound. Richard wakes up and hastes himself towards Ryan. He opens the door and see him crying. He sighs and feels relieved. Walks towards him.. and takes him in his hands. "Hmm you smell little one.. I guess we need to clean you up." He changes his diapers and cleans him up. "Here you are.. I guess you are hungry?" Ryan looks at his father and makes an innocent face. Richard picks him up and while holding him he grabs something to eat for Ryan. When the bottle is warmed up for Ryan he is walking with him to the couch and gives him the bottle. "I wonder where you mother is Ryan. Its unusual she is this long away. Guess something cought her attention." Ryan enjoys his bottle and drinks it empty while Richard is a littlebit worried about Moniek. Where would she be?

Few moments later Moniek opens the door. "Kallisti hun, sorry was busy with doing the groceries and it was very busy there. I did hear you on the baby phone when you took Ryan." and she gives Richard a kiss and walks towards the kitchen. "Yes i was worried that something was wrong. But luckily i am mistaken. Are you making dinner?" "Yes hun, something simple today. And we could eat it together on the couch if you like?" "Good idea. I will turn on the tv and will watch with our Ryan some tv." "It will take like 30 minutes and the dinner is ready." "Ok" he turns on the tv and watches some animation series with Ryan. after 30 minutes Moniek came on the couch and brought the dinner along with her. They ate it while Ryan was watching the tv and did fell asleep. "Darling.. I hope we are heading back soon. I really start to miss our family and friends back home." "Me too, but there is still something to do here. After that we set course home. You have my promise." They kissed each other while Ryan was sleeping in between of em. After the kiss Moniek did put Ryan to bed and came back and Richard and Moniek did spent the night together on the couch watching some tv

The next day Richard tried to contact Sander Newberry..It gives no response for a few seconds then suddenly someone picks up the call."Kallisti, this is Sander Newberry speaking." "Kallisti Sander!! I contact you to let you know that we are now departing and heading towards home. It did take some time and I hope you did manage to finish the Freeport XXI." "Good to hear from you! The Freeport i am proud to say it is finisht. Deborah is making some interior changes. But you know how women are.. How long do you think it will take before you all are back home?" "A few months, depends more on the traffic and if we encounter any problems on the way." "I see.." suddenly there comes a voice from the background at Sander Newberry. "I am sorry Richard, but my help is needed. We keep in touch. 23's" "23's Sander." and the connection is lost. He goes to the command bridge and orders the departure of the ship. It undocks and they set course to the Rishiri jumphole.

A few minutes later Richard did receive a message of Professor Carlisle if he was in need of an escort. And looking at his crew and available ships within the Barrel.Roll he could use the help, so he agreed to his proposition. Professor Carlisle came with the [TAZ]Chao's.Eyes.

Just a few moments before the Barrel.Roll arrives at the Rishiri jumphole, Professor Carlisle arrives. They both go through the jumphole and Professor Carlisle points out the direction and the fly along next to each other to the Hokkaido jumphole. The path seems clear, nothing unusual on the scanners, just an empty void.. When they arrived at the Hokkaido jumphole Professor Carlisle takes the lead and takes a quick look on the other side of the jumphole. All seems to be clear and Richard Cole follows. A few minutes later there is one on the scanners.
" This is [TAZ] Destroyer, Chao's Eyes... to incoming ship... Identify yourself.
" for a moment it seems to be non responsive then all of a sudden. " This is the Sanguine Aurora, I am harmless. Don't mind me, just extracting some organism out of these clouds." " Thank you for responding...Here are some specimens we picked up..." "Kallisti captain, you scared us for a moment. I thank you for the response." "May I ask who you two are?" "My name is Richard Cole sir.. And your name is?" "I am Professor Louis Carlisle." "I'm Emilia captain of the Sanguine.Aurora. How did you get hold of such a behemoth, if I may ask?" " Pleased to meet both of you. Are you researchers aswell or why did you acquire these organisms?" "I am a researcher and I specialize in Alien specimens..... Richard is a... businessman."

They talked for a long time. While they were heading towards the Kyushu jumphole.

Once they entered the jumphole they did set course to Tsushima Depot. On the way they met a nice Golden Chrysanthemums named [GC]-Yuki.Nagato. They flew with the four of them towards Tsushima and upon arrival, just when Richard Cole wanted to give his crew a break. Some blood dragons came. They seem to have no hostile intentions until they suddenly did on the Barrel.Roll. Lucky enough their attempt did fail, KNF did assist with the defending of the Barrel.Roll and several other vessels. After that Richard Cole decided again to finally take some well deserved rest within his quarters.

With the knowledge they are almost at home, Moniek asked Richard to get up early to unite again with their family and friends. They where departed now for so long time that she just wants to see everyone again. So Richard went up to the bridge where the staff where monitoring the surroundings of the ship for some possible threats. As the last time they were saved by the Kusari Naval Forces and some others to protect the vessel. While almost being at home he wanted to take no risks. He contacted some Popes and they escorted the vessel towards Freeport XXI. Upon its sight Richard was surprised he was gone for over a year and now their home was rebuild. He called Moniek to come to the Bridge to have a look herself. She had some tears in her eyes and kissed Richard. After that she made preparations to depart the ship. "Linda could you please make sure the ship will be safely moored with the station. If there are any emergencies please contact me as soon as possible." "Ok captain. I will keep you posted." Richard nods, leaves the Bridge and walks towards his quarters. Where Moniek is busy packing their goods to depart the ship and to be reunited with her family and friends.

The Barrel.Roll was in front of the Freeport XXI.

When the mooring process was done they started to unload all the goods. A warm welcome was given within the Freeport XXI and a big welcome home party was given. The furs where temporary stored within Freeport XXI so the Barrel.Roll could get its heavy maintenance done. The furs would be transferred the other day to Pueblo Bonito so new robes could be made..

After dropping of the Furs the new robes where made. Some popes liked to have more color, others just preferred to dress in black. 2 days later the first ones where created. So they brought some to the Popes.

The few which got their newly robes they just remained calm and went on meditating within the beloved Pueblo Bonito. After the delivering of all these new clothes he was wondering within himself. Some problems did arise as his precious vessel was in need of so many repairs. Something has to be done. He knew it, so he decided to go to his office back home. On Freeport XXI, to think it all over.

Once arrived at home. He stepped outside of his vessel, to be greeted with his wife. Before there could come even one word out of Richard his mouth, he was kissed by her. ”Darling I did miss you! Why did you need to deliver those things today. You know what day it is today?" A littlebit confused Richard looks towards Moniek. With some hesitation he responds "First day we are back home?" Monieks face shows disappointment "No today we are married for 5 years! Am I not important enough? Or is everything else more important than me?" "No darling I did not forget. There is a surprise but you will get it later. I really have still some work to do, I will meet you at dinner is that ok?" "That is good darling. I am going to make something special." "I look forward to it. 23’s" "23’s" He gives Moniek a kiss and starts walking towards his office.

During the walking he was wondering what he had to do now. He promised his wife he did not forget, but in fact he DID forget. Now he has to think of something to make sure he does not end up with an angry wife. All of a sudden he finds himself in front of his office. The door is facing him, he opens the door and takes a seat at his chair. He looks out to the passing ships in front of Freeport XXI. He saw some incoming transmission and he decided to contact Lord Commander Brass. In the hope he notice the communication within his busy schedule.

Just after he did sent the message to Lord Commander Brass, he thought about his wife.. He has to think of something soon. Then it stroke him. Leave Ryan at the parents of Moniek, Deborah and Jack Newberry. And then have some special night out. But what? He searched on opportunities which he could surprise her with. Then after almost 15 minutes thinking of a great idea he managed to get a good idea. He made some calls and left his office.

While walking home he got a transmission from Lord Commander Brass. Richard was disappointed, but he knows how busy it can be on Pueblo Bonito with all the ship repairs and even ship building. Still he hoped within his heart he would someday be able to fly such vessel. He replies on it and walks on towards home.

Moniek was the whole time waiting and she had bought herself some new clothes and hoped Richard would like it. Suddenly the door opens and Richard suddenly sees his wife. "I guess it will not be a going out for dinner tonight." Moniek smiles and walks with elegance towards Richard. Just before Richard wants to say another word Moniek puts her finger and lays it on Richard his mouth. "Shhh. We are now alone, Ryan is at my parents…" Richard smiles on the inside. "It seems you did surprise me." After these words Moniek gave Richard a passionate kiss… More kisses followed and the night went by..

The next day Richard went to his office and prepared two new transmissions. One with who he has spoken a lot recently and the other one he only hopes someone will respond too.

After that he is looking at the books, the credits are flowing very hard recently. He must make sure they will not spent it all at once. That they have enough supplies to survive within space and of course make sure they have enough left for the usual repairs. The times are tough, but it will change sooner or later.

After he finish the books he stands up and walks towards the window. "Voice recording on, reminding date next week at this time." ”Voice recording activated, reminder Alarm added in personal log Richard Cole.” "Ryan will almost become 3 years old. He grows up very fast, but it gives me concerns about his future. Moniek tells me she do not worry that much, but I can see within her eyes that she is hiding her fear. My biggest fear will be that we will once be taken prisoner by the Gauls. Taken away from our family and friends, while we rot away within some dungeon. " he sighs.. "Guess instead of fearing the worst I guess I must realize Eris did always show the light, even within the most dark times. The ship we did purchase from the old man, its in a fairly good state. The repairs are going well but we have problems with the databanks. I hope the transmission I just did sent might resolve this situation. Who knows maybe we might even gain some friends along the way. Commander Anders, one of the few people around Sirius I really start to respect. I hope he could assist us with repairing our old home… Voice recording off" ”Voice recording terminated, command line removed from the log file.” After this response of the computer Richard just remains staring trough the window which shows Baffin.
