I would like to say on this public channel a reply to the allegations of the office of the Prime Minister.

Alexandros Investments has been doing business along with several business partners in New Tokyo for several months now. Neither I, my company, nor my two largest clients, Cryer Pharmaceuticals and Kusari Travel Adventures, have seen or reported any incidents with regard to this station.

While I am no expert in Kusari law, it seems to me that if only certain individuals are having trouble, perhaps it should be considered a civil matter?

Regardless of such situations, the general consensus among our investors is that it is good to see additional security in place in the system as there seems to be a continued threat of Blood Dragons and Outcasts.

Your word-twisting and sweet-talking mouth does little to conceal your foul-smelling breath, Gina-chan. It truly reeks of Hogosha deceit and deception.

It's not the content of the 'treaty', or to be more correctly put, blackmail that matters, but the simple suggestion that we would trust the double-crossing Hogosha for a second time. I'll be dead and long gone before this fantasy could ever become more than the slightest impression of a reality.

Also thank you for stating that while you have an opposing political view that you have not had any troubles with traveling past the station. That has been noted.

The observations of the KPT are well noted. While I do not wish to interfere with your enforcement of Kusari law, I would proffer that this place is for the commentary that the prime minister opened, and is availble for response from even those with opposing political views.

If the KPT is willing to drop the matter, Okane Financial, LLC will make the payment of the fine.

As this discussion is in regards to the Itabashi base I would hope that all parties can refrain from side arguments with each other.

The only thing you seem to be able to do is complaining about how ineffective the current regime is, but no one of you tried to help resolving the situation.
And why would you? It is better for you to look at them struggling so that you can win next elections, how professional you are.

I cannot speak about others departments' fundings, but Naval forces are receiving more than enough credits to support the swift rebuilding of their fleet. As a matter of fact, their funding is even increasing thanks to our healthy economy.

We have never heard anything about the underfunding of the State Police forces until the current Chokan started to claim it. But isn't it suspicious for you to see that so called "Chokan" busy defending Black Dragon Syndicate in order to support this propaganda?

She allowed the station to be sold to the Hogosha, thus most certainly allowing billions to enter in her pockets, in exchange of letting an organization known to partake in criminal activities to gain the ability to blockade New Tokyo orbit.

Why didn't she sell Sapporo to Samura instead, if the State Police needed funds so deeply?
You could also ask yourself why the activity of the State Police didn't increase after the station was sold. Where did those funds go?

The Naval forces have constructed their own module and it was fully funded by our government along with Kishiro technologies. We do know how much credits were spent on it's construction. So tell me how KSP and the Chokan constructed that base in first place, if they had limited budget by their own words, how they were suddenly able to field some many Battlecruisers if the State Police didn't have the credits even for salaries, by their own admition?

There is only one answer : Corruption. Where could they get all those credits from, millions and millions of credits to construct Itabashi if the Government didn't fund it? Or maybe the funds came from the Government, after all, but it is peculiar there is no mention of it in the Ministry of Defence budget. Then someone would have decided to hide this, just so that the station could be sold later on. A clever plan, allowing some individuals to fill their pockets at the expense of our people.

Another peculiar fact : By the Government decree, there shouldn't be any tax for bases constructions in the areas allowed by the codex. But once again the State Police used its influence to levy a tax. Obviously, this money was used to protect Kusari civilians, granted the State Police mindblowing activity in all Kusari!

And now, they keep going with the same statement, after recieving payment for Itabashi, that should be over several billions credits with which they could have bought a small fleet, we still hear the same word : Underfunding.

So where did all that money go and why our beloved Chokan is so desperate in defending Hogoshas rights on that station?
Citizens not breaking the law know they have nothing to fear. Why is the State Police so afraid. Would they be afraid of seeing their little deals revealed?

I will conclude by begging you to learn to see the truth when you're facing it, and to not let yourself being fooled by Propaganda.
Who should you trust and support? The Government trying to resolve a situation in order to protect Kusari civilians, a situation caused by the State Police actions, or the corrupted officers who allowed this mess to happen in the first place for their own benefit?
