A successful pirating run in the miners fungrounds today! It was not all so move though. Prior to this, a group of Colonial scum had opened fire on our Rogue allies. All was diffused in Baffin but my desire to blow them to pieces was boiling badly! Commander Contari had to tell us to leave in order for it to take its place in the back of my mind. One Colonial fighter eventually passed back through to [color=#602F6B]Tau-29 and was ridden of a 1 million credit fine.

Myself, Commander Alessan and Dario Piruzzi sweeped through the Tau-23 system, robbing the miners of their precious credits and killing those that did not reply. We ran into the path of a Gunboat as a result of destroying a Kishiro Transport. However, him and his fighter escort were no match for our Lance trio. We headed home a little richer than before.

Today we engaged IMG defense ships in Tau-37 near the freeport. Our moral was outstanding, and the fight started well. Once we spotted their patrol, we went in to engage. The numbers quickly rose as more ships responded.

Sadly, our ships began to drop. Our last ship, piloted by Amadeo Visconti, lasted the longest and fought bravely. We did not send more fighters in, as it wouldn't of been useful to continue.

Oh boy, what a day. I came onto a patrol in Tau-23 system, and well found a transport, asked him for a tax, and he decided to run. I ,of course, engaged him, but a Zoner " Aquilon " tagged ZMS. engaged me claiming its protecting transports. After that, a IMG " Brick " came out and started shooting me. I sent a transmission to everyone and some of our members came. Sadly, we didnt punch holes in the " Brick ", he decided to dock. We returned to Cali Base, and found a Council Battleship the " Redemption ". We told it to abandon ship and we would take over. He refused and we purged it. Then we all docked on Cali and we heard the miners outside. We came out and well a huge battle happened. We only lost one brother, the " Altaiir " was destroyed by a Reaver. Good part is, I got his pod and he is back in his ship ready to kill more miners. Other then that, its another win for the Contari Lance.

I met this strange Gallic cruiser in Tau 23 earlier. Everything about it read Gallic, but it spoke in cryptic phrases. Eventually, he asked for an audience, with Aurelio himself. He referred to himself as the Vatan, Lucas Gerald when I needed a specific name.

I also had a chat with a Ghost, by the name of Orden Moreno. He told me that he's doing everything in his power to ease the tension between the two of us, but will not hesitate to fight if given the order. We need to watch him, something isn't right.

Hola!

We had an amazing clean up operation in Tau-23. One of our patrols reported a new installation near the mining fields, named "Niobium Ore Market". With a wing of attack vessels, we launched to take it out.

We were greeted to two Kusari Battlecruisers who were defending the base. We quickly engaged them, but our main focus was the framework that would be a station. More defense came for the station, including Bounty Hunters, a Kusari Battleship and a Gallic Gunboat.

With minor casualties, we took out the Battleship and wrecked the would-be base. We withdrew afterwards, as more vessels were coming into the fight.

A difficult, but rewarding, past few days. I am pleased to report the taxing of an Interspace vessel that was taking from our territory. I managed to convince the owner to pay what he owed the Contari for his privilege.

I also report the destruction of one of the A.I. vessels that have plagued our claims in the Sigmas. After much bombarding on my part, the coupe de grace was given by Commandante Contari himself.

A normal smuggling run was the deal of the day. However, upon entering Baffin we ran into a Freelancer who piloted a Bretonian Liner. She offered her assistance to us, allowing the two docking spaces to be filled by our ships for safety.

On the return journey, nothing more than a couple of upset Liberty Officers got in the way, though they were more shocked and in awe of the convoy than anything else and certainly in no state to intervene.

Upon returning to Omicron Alpha Myself and Giosue Reus caught a member of the Gallic Council flying through. He was quickly stopped and killed upon his escape to Omicron-80

Today was difficult, but rewarding. I report as follows.

I watched over our territories in Kyushu today. There I saw a freelancer carrying the Gallic filth known as Nox. I made him drop it, and then I destroyed it. As I believe he has run Cardamine, if not for us than for others, I made sure that he understood double dealing is not welcome by the Contari. I would watch him for further treachery however.

After this I came across one who hauled ore through Tau 29, to which I exacted a fair tax for crossing our territory. As I was leaving, he spoke of dealing with our familia in the future. I told him to address Senore Contari on the matter.

As I was returning to Malta, I ran across an AMF transport in Tau 23 whom I tried taxing. It did not respond, but its attack dog did. I summarily punished the vessel with assistance from fellow Outcast penteractic. It took much effort, but I managed to put down the attack dog. It was not the only dog who attacked us as there was a sleeping dog who joined in later. I helped penteractic put down this one like he helped me. Had it been awake earlier, perhaps I would not have been able to punish his fellow. Or not. It is done, though.

Today was difficult, and not nearly so rewarding. I report as follows.

It was brought to my attention that there were intruders of unknown origin in Alpha space. I launched from our plantation on Malta to look. In space I saw numerous contacts, all who flew Rheinland vessels. They identified themselves as Buro and wished to buy our orange for research. As Rheinland is unfriendly, I landed to rouse Commandante Contari and inform him of their request. After talking with Commandante Contari I relaunched to inform them we would not sell them our orange. They were not pleased with this and assaulted my person, wishing to steal from my very blood what their money would not buy. Outnumbered four to one I fought while Commandante Contari and Familiare Como roused themselves to my aid. When Commandante Contari appeared they broke engagement, only to lie to him as to why they had attacked. Upon his order we attacked the enemy again for their deceit. I myself nearly claimed one of theirs when ion baffles got in the way, only to have my vessel struck from behind and lost to one of theirs during those crucial few moments. It is my understanding that the Buro was driven off in the end after suffering two losses. This is all.

This is a notice too all Lance pilots

Signore Contari has diverted his own efforts into improving upon Savona and the Vizio. That means that Signore Orsini and I shall be taking over the Lance. Expect some minor changes, but nothing too large.

In an unrelated note, the Novara has finished construction, and is now spaceborne. Pilots who are approved to fly it can ask me for the keys.
