lpi recruits are very cute and i approve that they go into fights and don't mind dying. very cool.

Since I understand we are talking about someone who is probably new to the game and thus flying the [RO] tag, consider this less of a rebuke and more of an opportunity to teach your rookies what police RP is.

Putting aside the fact that your guy was jumping into a fight that had already been a 2v1, this is not good police RP (and I don't even know if isn't also against the rules because I did drop the "police cargo" consisting of a LPI Pilot and Sunbucks).

Code:
[10.07.2020 17:54:04] LPI-Matt.Dillon[RO]: Lilac drop the police cargo
[10.07.2020 17:54:52] LPI-Matt.Dillon[RO]: 5
[10.07.2020 17:54:56] LPI-Matt.Dillon[RO]: 4
[10.07.2020 17:55:00] LPI-Matt.Dillon[RO]: 3
[10.07.2020 17:55:03] LPI-Matt.Dillon[RO]: 2
[10.07.2020 17:55:06] LPI-Matt.Dillon[RO]: 1
[10.07.2020 17:55:16] LPI-Matt.Dillon[RO]: Opeing fire

So he jumped in a fight that was a 2v1 making it a 3v1. Ill speak to him about that. So to understand you he was asking for you to drop NPC Liberty Police Pilots and Sunbucks? The NPC pilots are illegal to have in your hold (hostages) the sunbucks is not illegal however.

Yes he is new and we do try our best but sometimes we get people who are brand new to role play and they need interaction with other members to give them a better understanding and feeling to the game. There is only so much one can learn in a classroom. One has to venture out and practice it in real life scenarios.

Either way thanks for the Feedback. Take Care.

He demanded the drop, I dropped, he engaged anyway.

Thanks for clarifying. Ill speak to him.

This is more of a General Notice to our beloved community. I have instructed my Officers to cease corrupt Role Play due to a sanction that one of my officers received. Fining a person for 1 million credits for a broken tail light is not something that can be done any longer. I will try to submit changes to the GM team to allow such Role Play as it is in our Lore. Thank you.

Edit: Sanction

RE: LPI Feedback - Typrop - 10-10-2020

you never followed lore in the first place lmao

RE: LPI Feedback - SquigglyKey - 10-10-2020

I think the difference here is you are allowed to try and fine people for crimes that arent really crimes but if they refuse you can't actually kill them for it. That's the point of corruption, you can only go so far, right?

I'd assume this to be the case - you can ask for $ on any character and ID no? But then can't do anything (Shoot/RP consequences) if he refuses unless you have a piracy line?

I'd guess the sanction was for firing at him?

RE: LPI Feedback - t0l - 10-11-2020

broken taillights should be like 100k min transferrable and exclusively as a meme
