And no, no SRP. If you'd like to see the role play for those vessels (which no longer even exist) take a look at the RP links, it's listed in there. And yes, we stole em, with a bit of MadV approval to back us. Though these ships no longer exist anyways to my knowledge. More RP than anything in-game, even before the nerf. If anything, bret needs a little good pirate love far more than rheinland does, but i suppose that's an oorp consideration if anything. Leave their fighting skills aside, and the fact they massacre you. If [RM] don't have enough people/ships to counter 4 Gunboats, the problem isn't with |RR it's on the Rheinland lawful side. Anyway, I see several problems with the technology nerfs you proposed. It's not about the RP, I am familiar with the RP behind each one of the requested tech pretty good, it's the combinations that can be made I have a problem with. Slot 1: Faction Gear: Gallic Brigands (No nerf) Slot 2: Civilian/Borderworlds Green Cell (No nerf) Slot 3: Faction Allies: Outcasts (10% nerf) Slot 4: Faction Allies: Council (10% nerf) Slot 5: Faction Allies: Liberty Rogues (10% nerf) - I've been told no one gets 10% with their guns, if so set em for 25% nerf and ships at 10% if needed. Slot 6: Faction Allies: Unioneres (25% nerf) Slot 7: Faction Allies: Gallic Civi (25% nerf) Slot 8: Faction Allies: Rheinland Civil (25% nerf) Combining LR and Brigand tech, LR and Council tech, and Council and OC tech, can get very overpowered combinations that I think should be avoided. However, that's not a "burning" issue, and can be dealt with at a much later date. Didn't really think of mixing LR with Gallics (cept Council turrets on LR GB) but I can see some very overpowered Agma's coming out of that for sure... Like I said in the post, if LR guns need to be further nerfed, it's the ship's we're more concerned about, since that's what we were granted inRP. Not that much in terms of weapons. I am not trying to be a jerk or a nitpicker here, but now that anything approved in the request is automatically approved if it is a white cell or red cell, we need people to be very specific. I dont think you would do it, but with it listed the way it is, an argument could be made that we were approving the mollies to use any transport they wanting in the entire game. One wouldnt think that would happen, but one also wouldnt think that a gallic mining faction would try to obtain an Osiris that way. So we need to be doubly careful.You should keep in mind that admins wanted from us to list all IDs/Tech that we would use before they vote, I dunno if this is changed now but I guess it is still on. I also wish you luck- I saw a lot of improvement in RR in the past 2-3 months.
