well, to be honest, marvin has a point, and yes, that will pretty be one of the biggest factors on discovery, seeing how everyone is sanction happy these days with less tolerance for oorp than an anorexic with food down their stomachs.
if it becomes factionalized, it would be best off giving it to every faction, or there will definitely be some major bitching to bear witness to i guess.
