Liberty Forces Message dump - Internity - 12-26-2009 ![]() Message title: Important escort mission to Bretonia Space Greetings, today I`ve launched from West Point, my mission was to escort QCG|Lafiel Tarrant to Bretonian Space. Miss Lafiel had some things to solve in Liberty Space. Navy knows more about this because Countess Lafiel finished talking with the Navy when I arrived. I connected with BAF| secure comms and I went straight to Bretonian Space with my escort mission. After a little talk with LtCdr. Goodmen he told me that a large Joker group was in New London and I agreed to give Mr. Goodmen a hand. When I arrived at Southampton Shipyard , there were more than 10 jokers and two more hostile gunships were approaching fast, I think that Miss Lafiel docked on Southampton I lost contact with her ship shortly after we arrived at the shipyard, the communication was being jammed and there was static all over the place and it was swarming with jokers. I offered the Bretonians a hand in the fight but I had to retreat, I lost my right wing and I returned to Liberty space with fire all over my ship. I docked at Battleship Yukon in California. I`m uploading two pictures taken from my ship: First one was taken when I connected with the BAF| Comms. ![]() Second one was taken when I arrived at Southampton Shipyard, enemies were approaching. ![]() Transmission Ended Liberty Forces Message dump - Asgardian - 12-30-2009 [Inbound Transmission] --Streaming-- ![]() ![]() ![]() >Californian Pirates. Morning High Command, As I warmed the Indiana up for a short patrol of New York, I received reports of pirate activity in California. I re-routed to California and came across three obviously novice pirates. ![]() They attacked my ship without warning...they fell likes flies. ![]() ![]() ![]() >Joker's Thug. After destroying those three joker's, I came across an actual Joker. Or rather, one of his thugs. ![]() I asked him to release the civilian, so he did. Before I could tractor the poor civilian in, he opened fire on his pod and killed him. Quite annoyed at this, I decided to take the thug's life in exchange. Not exactly protocol, I know, but these thugs need to be taught that Liberty will not stand for their murderous acts. ![]() Commander Jack Malrone --Stream End [Transmission End] Liberty Forces Message dump - Asgardian - 12-31-2009 [Inbound Transmission] --Streaming-- ![]() ![]() ![]() >Eventful patrol. Very eventful patrol today, High Command. The Outcasts and Corsairs have quite a few gunboats at their disposal it seems. Allow me to explain later in this report... But first, a small issue that will be resolved in 29 days. >Illegal Ship. On a very quick patrol last night, I came across a transport with questionable origins. The ship design was very similar to those used by common no-good pirates. It was captained by a pilot of the Jupiter Guild. I after a little banter with the pilot, I ordered him to change the ship within 30 days. [/JG\]Honest_Joe has twenty-nine days to change his ship to a legal vessel before an arrest warrant is issued. >Corsair raid... As I was warming up the Indiana for yet another shift, there were reports of Corsairs in Pennsylvannia - Pirating, apparently. I thought this to be a joke, until I reached the Pennsylvannia gate and found one gunboat lurking around... ![]() An odd design, I chased it through the gate. I was met by three gunboats and a bomber - Not the most pleasant of welcoming parties. I confidently told them all they were under arrest for suspected pirating and gathering quite a bit of force in one area. Immediately they opened fire on my ship. What a mistake that was... The bomber went down within seconds, and the Captain of "Gold 9" came to assist. Within a minute, the second gunboat was down, then the next one...then the final one. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Soon after, I believe their ships vanished back into the abyss... >Annoying Outcast. Things got slightly better when only one Outcast ship was spotted at the Colorado gate. Not wanting to comply with the arrest warrant out on him, he ran towards the Junker base, Rochester. I would've let him run, but he had Navy pilots hostage. I wasn't gonna stand for that. He circled Rochester, expecting me to back down. I didn't. A short battle ensued, Rochester started firing on my ship - Those station pulses really can tear through a gunboat's shielding. A weird anomaly appeared, shorting out my ship's weapons, shields and engines. We seemed to have "cloaked", slowly drifting further into the debris field. After a few tense minutes, systems came back online and we came across another illegal ship... >Illegal Ship II. A highly nervous Freelancer was piloting the ship - Apparently he didn't think we'd be out this far. As the Indiana hovered meters away from the rusty transport, we could almost hear the captain sweating through the comms. As soon as we cleared his hold, I ordered him to change that scrap heap for a more legal, stainless steel ship. Scamtramp has thirty days to change his ship to a legal vessel before an arrest warrant is issued. >More Outcasts. I would've had a longer chat with the Freelancer, if it weren't for more Outcasts being reported in the Pennsylvanian tradelane - The Mandlorian Mercenaries are quite helpful in reporting the location of threats. ![]() Two gunships - Leto and Glad-Tidings. After firing a cruise disruptor at one of them, they took this as a great insult and fired on my ship. I warned them not to do it again - But you know how an Outcast's mind functions. One of the gunships was scrapped, the other ran after a member of the Secondary fleet failed to follow my orders to stand down and allow the Indiana to take care of second gunship. ![]() ![]() >Annoying Outcast II. That annoying Demetrius was spotted at Fort Bush by another Mandalorian Mercenary - I got there as soon as humanly possible to deal with this one once and for all. Typical of this Captain, he ran towards Pittsburg, then towards Colorado. Director Copperfield waited for the Outcast on the other side of the gate. He wasn't so confident as his ship burst into flames in the Silverton. ![]() >Even more Outcasts. As I was going to power down the Indiana on West Point, the Don "Starkiller" was quite annoyingly blocking my route. The same Secondary fleet captain that failed to obey my orders previously had his ship destroyed almost immediately as I came on site. Although he did disobey my orders, he was still a Navy officer that needed his pride defended. I opened fire on the gunship and was keeping my own against the well-piloted ship when a static flux engulfed the Indiana's ion propulsion engines. Weapons systems were erratic, so I called in Director Copperfield and another Agent to deal with the Outcast for me. Again, all was going well when we were hit by a second blow - A second Outcast piloting a Sabre. The static build up was quite severe in the engines (Scanners couldn't even pick up the Sabre entering the battle), so we were pretty much dead in the water. Director Copperfield succumb to the barrage of missiles the Sabre fired and I ordered the other Agent to retreat. We managed to get maneuvering thrusters online and the Indiana drifted to West Point, where we moored and sent out an request for backup. As you can see, an eventful and quite successful shift in my opinion. Commander Jack Malrone --Stream End— [Transmission End] Liberty Forces Message dump - Harcourt.Fenton.Mudd - 12-31-2009 Comms ID: Liberty Navy Guard Captain Jenkin Shiv Source: LNS Leyte Gulf Well today I discoverd a seige cruiser with impropper IFF and non-guard ID exiting Zoner 21. Of course, I asked him to stop in an attempt to communicate, and was ignored. Eventualy he grew tired of it, engaged me, and was quickly dispatched. ![]() // oorp side note, reproted em for several rule violations however it will be a good idea to keep an eye out if you run into him. ** FROM: Captain Ben McBride, LNS-Whistler ** ** SUBJECT: Outcast Cartel Members Terminated ** Good evening, folks. Less than fifteen minutes ago, a squad of Navy gunboats and bomber/fighters terminated two Outcast Cartel members, [Cartel].MM.Dawn and [Cartel].Don.Starkiller, the former in a Sabre VHF and the latter in a Tridente gunship. Here are the links to guncam reports of both deaths: IMAGE UPLINK - Dawn's death. IMAGE UPLINK - Starkiller's death. I was out of viewing range of both deaths, but the overlay provides the proofs. ** SIGNAL TRACE: West Point Military Academy, New York ** Liberty Forces Message dump - Asgardian - 01-01-2010 [Inbound Transmission] --Streaming-- ![]() ![]() ![]() >Assault on the Indiana. I was on patrol in New York when my crew and I onboard the Indiana came across a Barghest along the West Point - Norfolk tradelane. As I approached, he tried to engage cruise engines. Wasn't gonna have that, not with civilian hostages on board - So I fired a cruise disruptor. He got quite aggressive and within seconds, the Indiana shook violently as a torpedo hit the hull. Alarms sounded and we were in battle. As our gunners were successfully draining the hostile's shields and tearing the thick armour apart, he sent out an SOS to other pirates in New York. A fighter, Davy.Jones, joined the skirmish, shortly followed by a Cartel Sabre. They were slowly getting through our armour and I called for fighter backup. The bomber was on his last legs when backup finally arrived in the form of Deputy Director Deus and "UNO". I finished off the bomber just as "UNO" managed to fly into a nuclear mine. Fortunately for my ship and crew, the Deputy Director was a much better fighter pilot than myself and took on both fighters as Director Walker was enroute to assist. We fired pulses and razors into the skirmish, and we got lucky... ![]() ![]() ![]() Moderate damage was sustained by the Indiana, nothing Norfolk couldn't fix quite easily. >CLASSIFIED Threat outside Manhatten. After the Indiana was fully repaired, Director Walker alerted us to a threat outside Manhatten that couldn't be ignored. Those with clearance can view the evidence below. --Security Clearance PHI to View-- The target was then neutralised. Hazmat crews confirm no further threat of infection. ![]() >Stolen Gunboat. A stolen gunboat was reported near Norfolk. Apparently the Freelancer simply "bought" it - No doubt off the black market. As myself and the Captain of the Alabama were having a little chat to the gunboat, he opened fire on the Alabama. He didn't survive that. ![]() After that, we had a little run-in with the IND, which I'm sure they'll have plenty to complain about in coming days... >Order Incursion. The Captain of the LNS-Milford sent out a distress call alerting all officers to the presence of a large Order craft in CLASSIFIED. The Indiana responded, as well as the Leyte Gulf. The Order Admiral seemed quite easy to negotiate with and the matter was resolved peacefully. ![]() >Brazen Pirate. As I was returning to the Indiana later in the afternoon, I happened to hear something that sounded dastardly similar to pirating over the public comms in New York. I quickly took the Indiana out to scout around and found him almost immediately - Outside Manhatten. He seemed like the type to shoot first and scrape up the wreckage later, so I shot at ship to see how much he liked it. ![]() >Side Note - Criminal Registry. I know its the holiday season, however, if High Command could get back to me on the matter of the Criminal Registry as soon as possible please? Commander Jack Malrone --Stream End [Transmission End] Liberty Forces Message dump - Harcourt.Fenton.Mudd - 01-01-2010 Comms ID: Liberty Navy Guard Captain Jenkin Shiv Source: LNS Leyte Gulf Re: Cmdr Marlone's report To use a bit of guncam footage from a pirate you dealth with..... ![]() I attempted to establish lawful comms when I resumed patrol duty just now and I was met with this response. ![]() Now naturaly I was curious what 'freinds' would prevent a member of the primary fleet from establishing secure comms, as they can save ones life. So I called upon a freind in the LSF to run a comms track on his freqs and lo and behold....... ![]() I detected a primary fleet vessel with what appeard to be a private comms link with a known pirate. // Dont mean to metagame, but it is rather poor form to refuse group comms but be grouped with a pirate instead.
