Your complain have really little to do with the Military faction, you may want to direct it to the RFP|, as already suggested.
As for the law, there is one (even if, reading the other topic, they are still being discussed), and both Military and RFP will enforce that, because that is exactly what they are supposed to do.
The fact you avoid Rheinland because of the restrictions and law, or the fact the RFP/RM are doing their job sounds a bit ridiculous to me. It's like saying that you are a pirate, you get caught and destroyed, and then you will just avoid Rheinland space because you have been caught.
More over, as someone else already said you, i don't consider fair to come here to complain about trigger happy [RM], as you pretty much said, without having evidences of it.
Your only evidence is the fact you heard (saw death messages) of someone getting killed by [RM] apparently. That's not a valid feedback, of any kind. Nor you know what the situation was, or why those guy have been killed. Or if you did, you didn't post it here.
To make it short: If you have something to let us notice, do it, but do it in a way we can actually understand if we made a mistake or not.

Hiya and good evening.
First of all I am extremely appaulled at you members attitudes to what is fair in game. Just now many of your members found it extremely fair to gank whilst trading regens to those on your side today a few minutes ago by Westfallen. Then you go ahead and bring battleships to shoot at only a few players.
May I ask how you consider all that fair game? Because I now have lost all respect I have for this faction in this one event. Do you consider that other people are trying to have fun.
Would you like it when you have 10 vs 5 Fighters, with two Cruisers passing Nanobots and Sheild batteries to the opposing side. Do you consider it fair to then bring a battleship just to fire Missiles at you when you have more than twice your number aganinst you?

If that is true, it is completely unacceptable. The [RM] has always prided itself in being a fair-play faction. We have rules against ganking.
Ill be looking into this and post a reply in this thread after an investigation.

Hello Skullz,
First of all, thank you for keeping us informed if something does not look okay with the official Rheinland military faction. We have always put big efford to keep our fights always fair and fun for both sides.
The problem might be, that you might misunderstood the whole situation you were dealing with and understood some things in a most paranoid way.
I was not there in the beginning, only in the end of the said battle.
One of the high ranked [RM] member was there and he said, he wanted to keep the whole fight fair and so it was. Fighters against fighters, caps against caps.
When I came there, with my cruiser I saw the fighters fighting fighters ( from my sight equal numbers) and the bombers and capital ships focusing on the Libertonian capital ships.
As soon as the LNS capital ships were destroyed the RNCs ceased fire and were just shooting the most annoying NPC cap patrols, what you could understood as the caps would attack fighters.
What you keep calling battleship shooting at fighters, I must deny it. It is not entirely true.
As far I remember, I was the only one battleship in the end becouse of the behavior of the =LSF= ( hugging the battleship westfallen). When you do that, you cant expect that only the fighters will fight you. The caps started to missile spam you to force you either to dock or run away.
I would call the behavior of battleship hugging as really "retarded" and "not mature"
I would also call the Private messages of one =LSF= also not mature aswell.
On the other side, lets see how the =LSF= behaves. The last time I was fighting you there were equal numbers of fighters- around 5 vs 5.
Your answer:
1. bringing a repair ship and ressuplying all of your ships with it
2. bringing a solaris dread to shoot us
But this is not the LSF feedback.
You brought one valid point what is really disturbing and thats the bot sharing with capital ships. The [RM]s should not do it unless the enemy does it too.
EDIT: In order to give us a constructive feedback, I would ask you to PM me the screenshots of the bot sharing or the situation as whole. Simple personal deductions might not bring the light into said problems and will cause only the well known discovery term "Q.Qing"

Okay... about that, yes, I agree, I saw the [RM] member, he told certain persons to stand by, a few of them did, some didn't and continued shooting at us. The result? We were still outnumbered. Your high ranking [RM] member didn't tried to make any further efforts to stop them ganking us. The fight lasted until you arrived and it was kinda fair at this time since a few people of the [RM] got bored and left. So you just came at the time when it was 'fair'. You were not here at the beginning and I have sent screenshots to Anne about the beginning, the screenshot shows that we were ganked.

I have to agree with this, I was not near battleship Westfalen, I was flying around the capital ships of the RM and had a quite good view on the situation. I saw your battleship shooting missiles at Westfalen to force our ships to either fall back or dock. That's true.
About the private messages of one of the =LSF= members... well, I most likely know who had done it, I can even guess what he had done, but I don't want to discuss this further. It was a massacre and my men lost the control as it seems.

But now let's get to this part, this part is kinda amusing...
The fight that had occured was not fair. It started with a 5 vs 3 until one of my partners disappeared. So it was a 5 vs 2 and you kept ganking us. The two vessels retreated to Texas and so we faced your group with new forces, so it was a 5 vs 4 again. And I don't have to mention that the skills of your pilots are better. I also don't want to say that my men suck in combat, not at all. But the fight was never fair. We had enough and decided to push the limits. Yes it's right, we have ordered the Solaris dread. But the repair ship was not a part of us, he came on its own to us, I have neither a clue who it was, nor do I know how he had found us.
But that's all for now. I have sent all screenshots to Anne, regarding the gank and regarding one of your members. I hope the screenshots help more than my babbling here.

And you are calling me paranoid which is an insult and shows alot about you. I just put down what I saw happen. If you don't like what I saw happen in my eyes please take a good long look at yourself. And don't make insults when someone is tring to be honest in telling you what there saw.
