What is interesting in this encounter is that for the first time Xenos have betrayed a nearly fanatical behavior and devotion to a yet unspecified set of superstitions that could be forming a some sort of religious belief. It certainly requires further investigation, as if it get confirmed Xenos might soon become more aggressive, suicidal and, thus, dangerous. I attach encounter log with details.


After the fight I was intercepted by a Faze mercenary. However, my ship was already damaged. I managed to distract him and successfully used a Cruise Jumpstart technique when he was least expecting it and made successful Gatescape to avoid pursuit.
