Gurjiv's approach is ingenious, I never thought of making the Supernovas purely cosmetic. (Now that I think of it, if I started the whole concept this way, it could've already been implemented in 4.85.)

Well you still brought the idea to life so you shouldn't feel bad about it, also you just wanted some diversity, its good thinking but when it comes to the Supernova, I think its very very very hard to please everyone...
So yes a purely cosmetic approach still implements the main idea but yet is compromised enough to please everyone.

Guys, anyone who complains about OORP use of faction SNovas is dumb.
Why? Because everyone's using Order tech right now, even Nomads and Liberty Navy. Even Bretonians for goodness sake, who wouldn't ever have heard of The Order. We can't get any more OORP in this regard than we already are!
I fully support the production of unique looking Snova variants, even if it is purely cosmetic now, it's still a step in the right direction.

nomads have their own variant, so no, they are not using order tech.

I really think aesthetic value is useless... I would much prefer the factionalized super novas that have different stats.
