ooc: Report Super, he can't threaten banning, its against server rules!!!

SF Message Dump - OrrinDymas - 01-01-2007

From: President of the Colonies
To: Admiral Firebird/SF command

Admiral,

I plan to continue the efforts of my predecessor. Our scientists are teaming up with Planetform research groups to investigate accelerated terraforming and its side effects. We have for some time now been transporting scientists, aids, and other staff to Omicron Theta to research alien organisms. Because our Rag Tag fleet is small, we will be protecting freelance traders making the run from and to Corfu carrying our people and our supply of alien organisms.

Increased pirate activity in Cambridge has lead me to increase our military presence there. All SF stipulations and rules of engagement will be followed.

Operations to interdict small arms and spacecraft weaponry within Bretonian space will continue as before with your permission.

Please send my regards to your valiant soldiers.

Zethis.B was found with nomads, and when alerted of the ban, eagerly took the chance to become licensed with them. The five million credits was payed to SFGB-Tempest for the entire forum account (Zethis). Money will be transfered to Cambridge Research Institute (you) ASAP, and Zethis should be submitting all required information within an adequate time-frame.

While access has been granted for emergencies only to this message dump, we ask that everyone refrains from discussing problems/issues regarding Super, as it is no longer an issue directly pertaining to the Sirius Federation.

Roger Tempest, Zethis has been added to the licensed list (I'll add the char names once I get his PM).
Thanks

SF Message Dump - Ant - 01-02-2007

Transmit to: All SF personnel
Comm ID: Lieutenant Harris, SFFG Exeter

Encountered two Rheinland bombers and a Liberty VHF(ID zypher, revok, himfade) in unknown while engaging Nomads. They were informed of Nomad transportation licensing requirements.

They opened fire on Exeter, one ship taking serious damage. Faced with these odds, Exeter returned to Cambridge where the three Corsairs engaged Echo2, several BSG and an SSO ship.

Losses were sustained by both sides.

Confirmed, Zypher(Corsair aligned) engaged SF forces in Omega-5 and forced SF withdraw. (Really good shot). Have added all 3 to our wanted list.

Have noted increase in tensions between =BSG= and the SCRA. To advise on SF's position, our jurisdiction is in Cambridge. The rest of Bretonia is BAF space and our position is to act in support of the BAF. The =BSG= have similar concerns and operate in overlap with us in Bretonia. They're current status is friendly. The SCRA are currently neutral. SCRA have operations in and around O-49, they may have interests in Bretonia but jurisdiction falls on the SF and our agreements with the =BSG= allow them to aid us in protecting Bretonia.

As such, in Cambridge, SF forces will maintain a neutral status between the =BSG= and SCRA.
SCRA will be asked to provide a reason for being in Cambridge, especially if a =BSG= vessel is in system. There is to be no hostilities between =BSG= and SCRA in Cambridge (everywhere else is your business, but hostilities in Cambridge is asking for SF intervention). =BSG= fires on, detains or provokes an SCRA vessel in Cambridge, there better be a very good reason to do so. SCRA, stay clean while in Cambridge and there should be no problems.

And by request, a list of contraband for the SF has been added to our status post, most should be straight-forward and based on the NPCs requests anyways. Impound Orders will be issued for repeat and or SF defiant offenders (currently no one is on this list except for the KOS factions by default).

Contraband
Civilian, Police and Military Personnel (Liberty, Bretonian and Rheinland)
Nomads (except licensed vessels)
Artifacts
Cardamine
Synthetic Marijana
Small Arms

Not Contraband
Pirate Pilots
Bounty Hunter Pilots
Alien Organisms (everyone keeps asking on this one )

Admiral Firbird, thank you for confirming SF's status in this matter. Just a quick thing, the SCRA is liscenced for carrying nomads, so please don't ask us to drop those, as we owe you quite a sum of money ofr those shipping containers.

If any SCRA violate your shipping rules, please appraise me as to their names, and they will face internal disipline as well as whatever you deal out.

If the =BSG= and the SCRA do come to blows again, (hopefully not, as there is a temporary ceasefire) I will direct my members not to engage within Cambridge, to avaid drawing you into the fight.

For the Revolution! McIntosh out.

(Thx for that Firebird, I'll post a linkee in my message dump)

Thanks for reminding me on the licensing, doh.

Added: Corrected both previous post and faction status to account for nomad licensing.

Heh, NP, still servers as a good reference. I always forget about Small Arms, and are "combat vehicles' or whatever illegal as well? I never see anyone carrying them, so i don't know what the NPC's do.
