maybe one GB turret or a forward mounted gun on a liner would be ok, but all GB turrets would turn liners into capital ships.

Are you med with that gunboat turrets?.. and how should I then pirate a transport in my Titan? It would be almost impossible. For now I can evade fire, kill turrests with Nuke , and then finish the trader with my simple guns, but if some traders will be allowed to have gunboat turrets, that emans VHF wont be able to pirate them This will cause less players will play on VHF.

lux liners used to have GB turrets, they were pretty nasty. I was going to make a pirate Contrans back in the day, but they took the cd off of it in 4.84.

Yeah well, luxury liners are dangerous as of now. However, you are right. We need more turret variety, and also some unique features for them For example: Dual CM Droppers, Dual Thrusters and maybe one or two 10 class gun slots.

Multiple CMDs, I can see, but multiple thrusters? Can't quite see how that would work, beyond draining the thruster reserve twice as fast...
