ADDRESSEE: O'Rhu Cell Comm Hub
SENDER: Marcus Ashri, the "Omnos"
SUBJECT: Freelancer encounter
CONTENT: During a patrol in Omicron Mu, my scanners detected an unknown contact and after a short conversation I received their ID code. It was a freelancer aliased Golan_Trevize in a Serenity Transport. Commander Orack joined us after a while and we ordered the Serenity to jettison the Bounty Hunters and leave the system. As Golan_Trevize said, he found those pilots while flying in deep space after their ships were destroyed in some kind of engagement. Golan_Trevize left Order space only with water in his cargo hold.
OTHER RELEVANT INFORMATION: We've taken the prisoners to Taba Border Station.

SUBJECT: A word of appreciation
CONTENT:
Earlier today O'Rhu Cell managed to disturb a group of 4 BDM IDed ships that made their way into Nomad space. We presume those said ships were there in order to collect those "delicate materials". The Cell operated on it's own in a lovely manner, based on the info I procured. I am congratulating you all on a job well done, a job that was satisfactory enough for the Overwatch.Furthermore, I am adding for you own delight the way I procured those info.

ADDRESSEE:O'Rhu Logistic Nucleus
SENDER:O'Rhu Directorate
SUBJECT:Operation CITADEL
CONTENT:After long discussions at the top of the Cell, coupled with increased Core and Nomad activity in our sector, the decision to strengthen our defensive capabilities has been taken. It is time now to rally up all available assets and personnel in order to start this grueling process. The goal to achieve here is more performance in defensive capabilities and a designated area for Military Nucleus. Furthermore, as we will be overhauling a great deal of the initial layout, the Station's outer plating will be also replaced with newer, more reliable materials.

All info concerning this construction job will be found included in the attachment.

Last week's happenings - axisdeus - 04-18-2015

ADDRESSEE: O'Rhu Members
SENDER: Co-Director Jason Orack
SUBJECT: Last week's events
CONTENT: The week that just passed was eventful both in encounters and in results.

Firstly I would like you to recall the devious fight Core managed to stage and fight in our own backyard. This has been possible due to the fact that our forces were stretched thin during that particular time, with some of us dealing with a Capital class Core vessel in Iota system. Those scums found themselves left adrift there after we've managed to disable their Mako class battleship. The on-board camera of one of the bombers caught the moment
On the way back and with no chance to replenish the force, we were ambushed with brutality. We were left no option but to stay and defend Omicron Mu at all costs, and costly was indeed. The fight that followed in Mu took heavy toll on some of our assets but not without any loses from their side. Their attempt to penetrate our defenses was strong, especially with the help of two vessels of Zoner Origin, but in the end they were repelled back to Zeta.
I take this opportunity to highlight the behavior of some individuals taking safe haven under Zoner dominion whilst allying with Core against us : Galactica-01 and Mothership.Alexandria. The means Core used to convince these particular individuals to fight along them is bothering to say the least. It might be a result of Order - Zoner relationship getting cold creating a slip Core used to put a foot in the door of some of the Delta Zoners. I like to think this is not Zoner behavior and we will not treat it as such. These individuals will be considered enemies, but their action should also make us think twice before considering every Zoner out there as a non-threat. They have stained the Zoner neutrality name but have opened our eyes. I must insist Zoners will be treated as they have been before, but take precautions when dealing with those not affiliated to any known group.

For the firsts, justice has been brought by my own hands as seen in the evidence. Alas, the latter has yet to receive their due payment. but I trust you Hellhounds will find resources for it, when opportunity arises itself.
On another note, two more Order groups have been identified by our patrols, as seen in the evidence provided.

Group #1 consisted of 3 Osiris battleships and a snubcraft left at Meskhenet Station, contacted in transit from Zeta to Iota Systems. They offered to share some nomadic materials with one of our pilots instead of either destroying it or handing it over for research purpose. Group #2 consisted of 2 Osiris and a snubcraft. The oddity of this group was not the location we found them, during an incursion deep in nomadic territory but their behavior. Reluctant and evasive. The vessel TheHavoc even took a very uncharacteristic trip back to safer space through Omicron 90 and Outcast space just to dock at a GMG base?! Sadly, I had no response at the inquire about presence of nomad materials on board of that ship. No further information is available for now so complete silence is to be kept around them concerning our operations. Keep your eyes open, your ears peeled and your mouths shut. However, make use of every bit of info they might share knowingly or not and report anything out of the ordinary.
Last but not least, the guys back in Logistic Nucleus are stepping up to the task and proceeding with the hauling as scheduled. So, when you will see any of them around be sure to give them a pat on the back for the good job they are doing.

ADDRESSEE: Co-Director Jason Orack
SENDER: O'Rhu Guard Eddie Morales
SUBJECT: Activity in Liberty
CONTENT: Greetings Commander, Apologies for the delayed report, I've been unable to establish a secure connection to our network. However, I am still operational and busy with the task at hand, as you'll come to see.

Starting off, after the events in Omega-3, in which a possibly a cloaked and dormant Nomad Lair was activated and subsequently destroyed, evidence has been gathered by our agents that materials have been detected on civilian and military vessels alike. Due to circumstances involving the Core, our agents failed to make it to Omega-3 in time to police any of these said materials. With that being said, we now have a problem on our hands. Refer to this scan of a civilian's vessel and this scan of a Bretonian battleship. It speaks for itself. During my "visit" to Liberty to investigate this, I've managed to uncover quite a bit from the locals. It appears as if more and more Nomad materials are making their way around the inner systems, most likely via the Border Worlds Exports corporation, I've managed to partly bring the Liberty Police in as an asset on this matter. Although I can not get full cooperation as of yet, I hope to be meeting with the Chief of Police soon to discuss the terms and intricacies of their involvement.

Furthermore, I've also received information regarding the group that goes by D9. This isn't the first time their name has been mentioned. Enclosed is part of the audio logs mentioning this group. It has been edited for the sake of time and to conserve space on this transmission.
Also note, this individual has given our task force docking rights to his station Tinkers Haven. I believe he can be trusted for the time being. Under no circumstances should any of our operatives attempt to dock while civilians and military alike are in the vicinity. Doing so may compromise their relations with the government of Liberty and therefor eliminate Tinkers Haven and the owner of said station. Why is that a concern to us you ask? Simply put the "Haven" and it's owner can surely be of great use to us in the future.

In conclusion, there is much still left to be done in Liberty. I would like to ask for your approval on an extended stay in Liberty to hunt down those responsible in dealing with illegal materials. I shall also look further into the group "D9" and whatever it is they're up to. With that being said, I recommend you dispatch operatives to Rheinland, Kusari and Bretonia as well to investigate possible bases of operation, trade routes and anything else of interest pertaining to Nomads. Extreme caution must be taken to not upset relations with any house military or political parties we have established a ceasefire or treaty with.

A detailed report of my operation shall be uploaded should you approve my request.

Liberty Assignment - axisdeus - 04-19-2015

ADDRESSEE: Eddie Morales
SENDER: Jason Orack
SUBJECT: Liberty assignment

CONTENT: Mr. Morales

I must say I am not surprised with the speed at which you bring forth results. What surprises me is the nature of the info portrayed in your report.

First thing first, the "Nomad Lair" issue. Considering the lack of activity in any other systems apart from the deep Omicrons, these news come as a shock. What are Nomads doing there, what is their interest and what have they tried to accomplish is a damn mystery in itself. It is a behavior highly uncharacteristic for them. Full scale assaults and a presence of such great number were done in the past only if the result promised to be favorable and when there was no other option. This is another thing we should try to elucidate. If the behavioral patterns shifted...well, what caused it and why now?

Which leads me to the second aspect of your record. Why there was a Nomad Lair in the Omega area in the first place, without us knowing anything about it? You say it was cloaked, I will look into our archives and see if I find anything even remotely resembling this. Until then, try to scout the area for any bits and bots, every bit of evidence could help us figure out why this happened and how we could prevent it for taking place ever again.

Third item of this discussion would be the unsettling news of civilians and military parties alike getting their hands on 'sensitive materials'. I think I do not need to point out the seriousness of this matter and the implications it can lead to. Any trace you can find, and rumor you can hear, any piece of Intel concerning the whereabouts of those remains should be used to its fullest in order to track down those perpetrators before they endanger themselves and others around. Ease not until you get clear proofs those remains are either destroyed or recovered.

For all of the above to take place, you are appointed as Operative in Liberty Sector. You are to go undercover and figure out why all of this happened. I must insist finding those remains is paramount for the safety of that sector. Keep a low profile and do whatever it takes to get some answers. You will report to me for all your action there, as you will be excused from normal duties for the whole length of your stay. I've wired you a sum of 5.000.000 $C to ease off some consciences and loosen some tongues. Your approach towards the locals is good and you should continue on that track. Furthermore, your resourcefulness never cease to amaze me - trying to get some of the LPI to act as our watchdogs is impressive. Have your chat with whoever they will send, but be careful, do not trust them right of the bat. Us and Houses law enforces go a long way and most of the time there has been bad blood between.

As you will be in Liberty try and follow that lead you got on those "D9" individuals, it looks to me that fellow was a bit uncertain of what he saw. But if his sayings prove to be the truth then our situation will just get a hell of a lot harder. A new player on the board...a disturbing thought.

Safe flight out there!

OTHER RELEVANT INFORMATION: Good work on securing another hiding spot for us, especially in that area. More to it, the promise of some future trades is good news for a change. I do ask diligence when dealing with them. Try and gain their trust but give back as little as you can. Have in mind also the recent events with those Zoners, out of all people. Do not forget, your deals and agreements should be done only in O'Rhu's name.

SUBJECT: Recent activity
CONTENT: We don't get to meet up with that kind of enemy forces in Order's territory often, so this was rather surprising. So yesterday three core capital vessels decided they shall try to get our attention by entering Mu, and by attention I mean guns. We've assembled a squadron to deal with the security breach and purge them. What I didn't expect however is how fast those core ships can actually go down, it literally took no more than a few minutes to pop a Thresher, and a Mako. During the fight, the enemy Thresher got caught in a friendly fire coming from the Mako and was destroyed. They got down so fast that my crew's still in a laugh of it. I usually don't like killing humans, none of us do, but that scum can hardly be considered "human" anyway.

PATROL AREA: Omicron Zeta, Omicron Minor, Omicron-100 and Omicron Mu
SHIPS ENCOUNTERED:
Liberator
Mothership.Alexandria

EVENTS:
1)Council "Redemption"-Class Battleship

2)Zoner "Nephilim"-Class Mobile Colony Ship

OTHER RELEVANT INFORMATION:
1)
During a patrol in Omicron Zeta, my scanners detected an "Redemption"-Class battleship near Omicron Iota jump hole. The vessel, aliased as "Liberator", had some Nomad remains on board, so I switched my comm-devices. I'm attaching the audio log:
Audio log Wrote:[03.06.2015 12:25:03] O'Rhu|SB-Celtos: Well well
[03.06.2015 12:25:18] O'Rhu|SB-Celtos: Hold on for a while
There was no reply from Council's side and ship has suddenly disappeared somewhere in space.

2)
We've also found Zoner "Nephilim"-Class Colony Ship aliased Mothership.Alexandria in Omicron-100 system with Daniel Wright's help. The vessel said that he has entered the system by Jump Drive's mistake. He also jumped to Omicron Mu system withno permission and we were forced to engage.
We've damaged the vessel, but during the combat Daniel's ship has suffered decompression from Nephilim's guns. My cameras also caught Mothership.Alexandria's turrets firing to Maj. Diane Burns before I was forced to leave due to dangerous readings from my engines. My ship is currently being scanned and repaired on Taba Border Station.
I'm attaching the audio log:
Audio log Wrote:[03.06.2015 13:05:12] Mothership.Alexandria: Greetings Order
[03.06.2015 13:05:27] O'Rhu|SB-Celtos: Hmm, Zoner? In Omicron-100? Strange...

[03.06.2015 13:08:43] O'Rhu|WF-Coastal:Brake: We don't.
