If you got engines that are all different to each other stats wise (which is a very bad idea) then I could see why you wouldnt want x ship to have x engine, other than that its just a complete moot point and is a huge waste of time to nerf it before its even been a week since they came out. Some might get more, but most won't. I love my GRN and Kusari Engine'd Nyxes...Nyxs...Nyx...Nÿx? Btw, OC have no engine of their own, they have the BW line engine. Every ship pretty much is very limited in their engines if you go by what makes sense. Meanwhile, I'm having so much fun reading this thread I'm not even sure about telling you guys how wrong you are about the approach techcompat may take with engines. Assuming the engines do get added to the techcompat, it'd only remove engines of one or two regions at most from the variety of options each ship can pick from, not the other way around.
