RE: New York, Bigger? - Remilia Scarlet - 02-14-2014 Yea, I couldn't disagree - FL was running well on all my previous laptops which were not-really-great hardware wise, not to mention desktop that I got a solid upgrade for just in recent time. It's 2003 game that was running well on 2003 average PCs so... not sure about the lag. Basically lags can be generated by many factors - not just hardware performance. The game's engine itself is very limited and is not utilizing even 5 year old processor potential anywhere close to, maybe 20%. It's single-thread game engine so no wonders. I said nothing about new Trade Lanes. Cosmetic additions are quite a different beast to gameplay changes in New York. This is not a place for you to berate others and go off on angry tangents and wave e-peens around. Keep it civil, keep it safe. - Gandalf *Hic* RE: New York, Bigger? - Pavel - 02-14-2014 Hmm... Mhmm.. NY is fine as it is atm, I don't see a reason why would we need more stations there. Although some station development wouldn't be a bad thing. Discovery Mod General Discussion RE: New York, Bigger? - BigBucks - 02-14-2014 The more stations, the merrier. As a moderately-busy trader in Bretonia, Liberty and sometimes Kusari, I will agree that New York needs more stations. The economy and more places to land make this is good idea. Although, more player bases wouldn't be an issue. |
