Or else I guess you'd start with a OOC ID that some people seem to say the Civilian ID is. If it is I think it should be written so in the rules, which it's not.
I did think it through, and it's quite reasonable in my opinion. I'm not saying you are wrong to play a character that's not from Manhattan. Rather that the setting of the server suggests that you are.
GM, admin, same thing.
And I'm more interested in some rule questions.
And if I'm not wrong (which I'm not) it's their responsibility as a admin to help members that got questions.
Any way. Just ignore what I've written since people here don't really care and the admins don't either.
I will still play on the server, it's really great most of the times!
