Are you applying for dual citizenship? If so, what other nation(s) are you a citizen of?: No
Reason for application: Re-kindling the relationship between myself and the Hellfire Legion, I wish to show I am willing to go through the proper process of having access to Vespucci. It would also be beneficial to me and the Legion when working together on projects and having to go around the long way can be troublesome. I Humbly ask permission to utilize the western half of the Vespucci system, and Kansas, with permission to be able to Dock on America Freeport. Tho I am not applying For Citizenship I could not find any other place to make a request of this magnitude. For Clarification, I command the Scarab|CV-Amenhotep, an Osiris Class Battleship, you may speak with the Lord Commander about me should it be a necessity. I eagerly await your response.

RE: Commonwealth Citizenship & Visa Registration - Commonwealth of House Liberty - 06-19-2018
Commonwealth Immigration Agency
Miss Di Rane,
We are pleased to inform you that your citizenship application has been accepted, and with that your clearance to roam Commonwealth space at your leisure is granted. However, we were unable to approve of your visa registration, and as such it has been denied.
Mr. Kalh,
After a conversation with the Lord Commander, and the rest of the Agency, your citizenship has also been accepted, and as such you are granted access to Commonwealth space within common restrictions.
It is important to note to both of you that the eastern sectors of Vespucci are strictly off-limits without express consent of the Lord Commander or his Executive Officer. Violation of this this restriction will result in a loss of visas and citizenship for either applicant. In addition, we ask that you remain in accordance with the Commonwealth's laws and other regulations to ensure a good relationship.
Signed,
Michelle Sarno, Secretary of State

It have turned out that i will be performing quite a few local operations during the upcoming unidentified time, and overly populated Megapolis planets like Manhattan are in no way fitting me to stay on them longer than necessary. They noise, they smell and they are filled with despicable creatures i would not want to be a neighbor of.
As such - i seek to acquire The Commonwealth visa and citizenship. The filled form is attached below.
Not to mention it might involve making some people very, very angry at me, and it is in my interests they would have no chance to reach me.
Name: Aoi Oono.
Sex: Female.
Age: Nineteen (19). Will turn twenty on second of October.

Are you applying for dual citizenship? If so, what other nation(s) are you a citizen of?: I am not applying for dual citizenship.
Reason for application: I need a calm and quiet place to live at; all those bustling centers of commerce do not fit me; my personal safe haven where i have been residing is now a war zone, and neither of the sides do have an idea when this is coming to an end.
I believe The Commonwealth could provide me with such a place.
RE: Commonwealth Citizenship & Visa Registration - Commonwealth of House Liberty - 09-22-2018
Commonwealth Immigration Agency
Miss Oono,
Unfortunately, the Agency has decided that, after a lengthy debate, it is in the best interest of the Commonwealth that your application be denied. We are sure that you can find a suitable location to live outside of the Vespucci system, and this denial does not forbid you from passing through the Vespucci gateway at all. Do note that any incursion into the citizenship-only zone and especially the eastern sectors of Vespucci are off-limits to you still. Any incursion must be sanctioned by the Lord Commander or his Executive. Otherwise, you will be escorted out, or even fired upon.
Signed,
Michelle Sarno, Secretary of State

Guten tag, my name is Werner Getreide.
Michelle Sarno, Secretary of State or who ever holds that position now, you are probably wondering why a Rheinlander and especially a LWB'er is requesting citizenship for the Commonwealth. Well, I suppose better explain myself and atleast give an abridged version of my origins and what the BFL is. If you want my full origins, a document of it has been included to this message so that you may read, if you so desire.
Just one fair warning though, this is going to be a long one, so if you want the short and straight, check the other information tab , otherwise, go right ahead.
Born and raised the son of a farmer of Stuttgart, life was pretty good and we grew a plentiful variety of fruits. But eventually, Synth Food came along and I was forced to leave Stuttgart. So I went to Munich to gather up with some friends who helped me into the LWB. I joined more so for the political movement to let the farmers voice to be heard rather then actual piracy and terrorism. I am a farmer, but a civilian first, never had any intention or interest in such things. But things went wrong anyway. Peaceful protest near a Synth Food representative building, a protest which court gave permission went wrong, people on both sides started pulling guns, I on the other hand tried to get myself and others to safety. Eventually the police came to end the riot bloodbath, was arrested but in a respectful manner and already released after a week after court found me innocent of any violence. Had a crisis of faith considering I am both a civilian and a farmer. Didn't know what to do. Stay with the LWB and fight for the farmers right and turn to darker paths or quit being farmer all together. And then I learned about the BFL.
Pretty much, the BFL was a civilian branch of the LWB that had no interest in crime or piracy. Why fight the government, Synth Food is the problem not them. Exactly what I thought. I had no problem with any of the authorities and how I was taken care of during my arrest only enforced that way of thinking. Pretty much, the ideal situation I could have hoped for. Still making the farmers voice heard but in a peaceful manner without crime.
And that was the abridged version of my origins. Now to move on, how exactly I came to this moment.
So all in all, life was a bit difficult but it was manageable. Since Synth Food had taken complete control of the food market of Rheinland, the only food available to the public were these slimy tubes of grey paste. Not really pleasant to the eye and not tasty either. So I decided to get help from another and smuggle actual food from Bretonia back to Rheinland so that we could sell it to the public for a fair but still profitable price. It was a noble goal, but eventually Synth Food convoys started to notice an increase of traffic to the Ostnebel and likely bribed the police to crack down on us. Most of the time we were either let go or got away in time, but from time to time, it still got pretty dangerous. But eventually, because of the increasing police activity, and the ever increasing violence the LWB was committing in the Stuttgart system, it slowly became less and less viable to try and sell food openly to the public. Eventually we had to quit that practice as eventually us too were getting shot at indiscriminately. Still a shame honestly.
Because of the situation that me and my partner were now in, we decided it was for the best we parted ways and try and find our own ways to support the BFL and make our own fortunes. Can't really remember what my partner did, but I decided that if I truly wanted to continue my farmers profession, I had to do it elsewhere outside of Rheinland. Liberty had Synth Food so that was a no, Bretonia had Cambridge but authorities considered LWB'ers terrorists, Kusari was only suitable for rice and fish and Gallia needs no explanation.
So what was left? Well, apparently the Zoners of Freeport 1 I used to deal with to acquire my food to sell to Rheinland civilians had actually the perfect solution. They had actually a relative pretty close yet still remote planet of their own, Gran Canari. This place was a safe haven for anyone seeking a safe place to do whatever, but anyone actually willing to come and help farm was welcome with open arms! I finally found a place I once more could farm and do farmer related things. So I had to make some preparations. I bought a piece of land, I bought a transport and I finally after a while had PLENTY of export products. But I had no product to bring back, the only LWB base, Darmstadt, produced Blue Jillies which were nice but not really of interest to the Zoners or me. So I asked around my colleagues and after a while of negotiations I got information of LWB'ers who for some reason quit the LWB and joined the Bundschuh at Bruchal Base. At that place apparently, they had the capabilities to produce extremely high quality Fertilizer. And with that, I got a transport load of Fertilizer, went back, and once I could call myself a proud farmer.
But like all things, things don't last. I don't remember when it happened, but eventually the Rheinland military got involved and a squadron was send to Darmstadt to end the LWB presence and were successful. The operation damaged the base to near destruction and the LWB disbanded and left the base. The LWB as it's own entity is dead. But what is dead may never die and rise again. Some of the farmers joined the Hessians, some the Unioners, some the Bundschuh and some even the Gaians. As a guy that had no interest in politics or crime, pretty much now had to study up on it to see with which group I would fit best. Since the Bundschuh seemed like the smart group of the four I went to them to do some research... And I was very disappointed for many reasons.
As the son of a farmer I did go to school but I always had more interest in agriculture rather then other topics such as history. Turns out I should have paid more attention. Apparently the Rheinland government wasn't as great as I thought as was, in fact it was corrupt as hell. Mega corporations pulling most of the string now and especially when the 80-year war started. To think I once thought the authorities as decent. But I got the information I needed. The Unioners was a big NO. They supported syndicalism which was wanting to re-instate the Kaiser period and have closer bonds with them. To again have a government which started the 80-year war was something I didn't want. The Hessians were mostly only focused on the mining sector had were also a mayor terrorist faction, again something I didn't want. Gaians... were tree huggers, no offence. The only decent option seemed like the Bundschuh. But I didn't like that either. They focused on politics. I don't care about such things. I just wanted to farm and do farmer things! Well, atleast they sold Fertilizer, so that was a plus.
But then things got even worse. As the Second Gallic War continued, Bretonia annexed Planet Gran Canari. And as I already have mentioned, LWB'ers aren't welcome on Bretonian space and soil. Because Bretonia annexed the entire planet for the war cause, so was my patch of soil. Understandable, but I still got my land robbed, AGAIN. Once again, I was without a job, without purpose and again by mega giants that only care about themselves. Again, they had good reason this time, but I just want to farm. Is it that much to ask?
Nowhere to work, nowhere to go as far as I knew, no one to aid me except the Bundschuh who were okay with me since I bought their LWB branch Fertilizer. Honestly I was ready to throw my favourite hoe I had in the back out into the jettison chambers and send it into Frankfurt's medium blue sun. I honestly did have a list of Zoner Freeports I could go to, but none of them seemed all that good compared to Gran Canari. But I still made a choice for Freeport 14 Alberta. Right in the backyard of Liberty, but atleast I could see some new sights and step on some Synth Food toes by providing those Zoners with Fertilizer to grow proper food rather then letting them have them eat grey paste out of tubes. The path was dangerous full of Rogue's and Hackers, but for some reason the Xeno's didn't seem to mind me actually. Or atleast asked first, shot later considering I am everything they stand against minus the farmer part.
So I finally arrived at Freeport 14, did some knowledge digging and actually.... Liberty seemed atleast a bit better then Rheinland. Sure, poverty, crime, unfair work conditions, mega corporations running the show, especially the police, capitalism going wild... Yeah nevermind, Liberty was only better on the political front then Rheinland, atleast they got that decently right. Honestly, I actually had some sympathy for the Xeno's. They just want good hard jobs with fair pay checks. In a sense, they wanted the exact same thing as me. Honest fair work. The Zoners were laughing their asses off at first that a Rheinlander had sympathies for the Xeno's considering the existence of the Hessians and Unioners. But I made it clear that I wasn't with them, I don't really care about politics, I just wanted a fair work system, not extreme left communism like the Hessians wanted or syndicalism the Unioners wanted.
When the Zoners heard that however, they actually took me serious. They thought I was joking initially, but politely apologised afterwards. They took my situation serious and were debating what to do with me. And then they gave me they information I wanted, and needed. They told me of the Hellfire Legion and Commonwealth of Liberty. A breakaway government that spoke up against the ultra capitalist system of Liberty, how it was unfair and the very reason why there is so much poverty, causing people to turn to crime, which in turn the corporate police gets paid to deal with to put these people back to their unsatisfactory jobs, ever continuing the spiralling circle.
The Hellfire Legion wanted a just system fair for everyone, willing to give a chance to those that seek better work, a better life, a better system. A government run on socialism. Instead of the government punishing criminals and profiting off of them, the Hellfire Legion sought to create a system to help those that need it, helping them with actual support in from of the UBI system, to help people on the right path and granting them the opportunity for a good life, which then mutually gives benefit to both the people and the government. A Commonwealth as named appropriately. Sure, punishments were harsh, but with the actually pretty clean slate I had despite the LWB in general being considered criminals, maybe, just maybe, there was a chance for me to negotiate with them and in fact become a citizen of the Commonwealth. All my ties with Rheinland were either gone or non-existent, not counting the LWB-Bundschuh who sold me Fertilizer, so who knows, it might work.
I got on my ship, travelled Liberty further, until I reached Vespucci and was greeted by Dreadnought Ravanger. And to my surprise.... It didn't shoot, the people on board were confused for sure, but they didn't shoot. They hailed my comm, I replied and stated my intentions and was escorted to Monterrey Base for questioning. I pretty much told the interrogators everything I have told so far, and they were pretty satisfied. Or atleast not outright distrustful, which was still good enough of a start. In return, they were willing to indulge me. They told me of Planet Guadalajara. They told me of the green forests and fields of fertile ground for agriculture, to create farm lands full of fruits and vegetables, to farm bovine like creatures to produce Leather. They told me of the granted safety and security of the Hellfire legion to protect the Commonwealth under all circumstances. They told me of the great freedom allowed, to say and be whoever you wish to be as you aren't being rude. They told me that in a general sense, any and every kind of civilian was welcome if they were willing to join.
But these privilege are only for citizens of the Commonwealth to enjoy. And if I truly wish to enjoy the privilages good and honest farm work on Guadalajara, I must sign up for citizen ship and hope that my application will be accepted.
Now then, here it is where things get complicated. I have done my research on getting my citizenship approval, and technically speaking I already fall out of the boat because supposedly they are only meant to be handed out to Libertonians (of most kind), Bretonians (of most kind), GMG invidiuals and Crayter Republic members. Since I am none of these, on first glance I don't seem to fit in. But I of course has also read the Commonwealth Policies page,
- Yes, if I am accepted as a citizen of the Commonwealth, I will take up arms to defend my new home if the need arises.
- Yes, I understand that the Commonwealth was formed FOR Libertonians and prefers not to outsource work to outsiders to give them a chance for work themselves, but I only seek the same thing. Work, fair and honest work specifically as a farmer.
- I am aware that any member of any LWB branch could and are perhaps considered criminals. However, it also mentioned that the Commonwealth also intends to give any individual of questionable nature a chance to join and reap the benefits, as I very much intent to do so. And honestly, my slate is actually rather clean compared to most. At best smuggling food from Bretonia to Rheinland and at worst, defending myself against other criminals.
- Well, this one is just how common sense on how things just should be. Do whatever you want, be whoever you want, just don't be a dick or a dick about it.
- Yes, I am aware that my non-Libertonian Fertilizer might get taxed a bit, to give incentive for production of Fertilizer on Guadalajara. I can accept that reason and cost. However, I also wish to provide my services as a farmer to the Commonwealth, that the people of Guadalajara may enjoy the literal fruits (and vegetables) of my labour. With this being the case, if I do end up being accepted as a citizen, I hope the Commonwealth will find my services beneficial to their planet and cause, and subsidize it so that my farm may rapidly be build, expand, and produce fresh grown produce to the citizens of the Commonwealth. Also yes, I will pay my taxes.
- Yes and not really a problem. I am not much a man of politics, I just want to farm. The Bundschuh can deal with Rheinland and try and fix it. They have my blessing, but I am honestly only mostly interested in the Fertilizer they sell on Bruchal Base.
And now with this final part, I hope that I have made my story, my intentions and my reasons crystal clear to you Michelle Sarno, and I hope you will consider my application favourable for acceptance. Should you have any question and / or wish too meet me in person, I shall travel back to Vespucci so that any and all questions can be answered.
Other then that, I hope I did not bore you with my long story,
Sincerely,
-Werner Getreide
I wish to join the Commonwealth so I can once more exercise my farmer profession properly and provide food for a regime and people I consider just, that actually care about good living standards and honest good hard work for the every-man. I am aware of the conflict of interest considering I am a Rheinlander, technically by affiliation a criminal and export non-Libertonian produced Fertilizer to Guadalajara, but I genuinely seek a better place to live and work.
RE: Commonwealth Citizenship & Visa Registration - Commonwealth of House Liberty - 10-30-2019
Commonwealth Immigration Agency
Mister Getreide,
Please excuse the delay with your application. A combination of workplace delays and your application's nature made it difficult to get this one through. Your origin and specifically your affiliation were cause for some concern, though in the end a criminal background was decided to not inherently disqualify an individual from citizenship within the Commonwealth, especially for the purpose you have listed. As you appear to have thought your residency within the Commonwealth through, I will skip the rest of the details and move to the required pieces.
Your application for Commonwealth citizenship is hereby accepted, and you are free to make do with your life here as you wish. Please remember that while the western sectors of Vespucci are now open to you in full, the nebula to the east is still off-limits to all non-Hellfire Legion personnel without express permission from the Lord Commander or the Executive Commander.
I wish you a pleasant life within the Commonwealth, Mister Getreide.
Signed,
Michelle Sarno, Secretary of State
