If you have installed recent games these might be installed already, but who knows.

so this might be obvious to you guys but i need to ask to make sure so sorry if it makes you pissed that im bad at computers....
but like...
i download both of them... or just one that is either the 86 or 64?

Right click on My Computer and select Properties.
Look for "System type"
If it's 32-bit, download the vcredist_x86.exe
If it's 64-bit, download the vcredist_x64.exe

Same here, updated launcher, installed the C++ 2013 extra libraries.. currently running XP SP3 32bit.

here's the error, http://i.imgur.com/dTvSQ8m.png

From what i read about EnumProcessModules I believe it's got something to do with the new application being 64bit and my system being 32 bit or probably just outdated..?

Code:
"EnumProcessModules function

Retrieves a handle for each module in the specified process.

To control whether a 64-bit application enumerates 32-bit modules, 64-bit modules, or both types of modules, use the EnumProcessModulesEx function."

Okay. Well considering the amount of issues this is causing (although on internal it works really well) and considering the platform toolset doesn't support WinXP, we're going to be reverting to the previous flhook version.

This was worth a shot but it's clear it's causing too many issues for a live environment.
