I would like to begin with a statement that clear up work is proceeding well. Although we have recently been attacked by Unioner vessels. While we managed to hide behind our station defenses this time we're afraid that we will not the next time.
We do have a stationside security detail but in space we're helpless. And patrols of Liberty, Rheinland or Separatists aren't always around to take these pirates out.
We frequently salvage wreckage in various states of course and would request if we would be permitted to assemble and restore gunboat class vessels.
Maybe with help of one of your suppliers we can return them to useful state and defend Bristol Depot and our convoys with them.

I'm sorry to hear that but I have to ask, I think I didn't word that right. We do not want to have any of the vessels you already have.
We essentially request to keep enough of the salvaged parts to- well essentially rebuild them. We'll not burden your production capabilities and merely want the additional allowance to request some assistance of either Rheinland corporation building these.
So you'd not lose anything currently needed in combat and we'd just buy off some salvage from you.
