Lieutenant Whitaker,

since we have been drawn into this whole mess I have noticed your actions in the field and Captain Young has reported what you did for the Battlegroup in my absence. You were one of the most active and volunteered for dangerous missions inside the then hostile territory. Your skill in combat saved your squad more than once and I am proud to have you with us.

You are hereby promoted to Lieutenant Commander. Congratulations.

Admiral Knight out.

As I was ordered I checke out part of our route and then went to check on the situation in the outer Liberty systems.

In the Kansas system I found a DSE Transport that was apparently shipping for an installation that supported the mining operation in the system. They told me they mined copper and an incoming mining vessel confirmed that as its hold was full of copper ore.

DSE seems to still hold a grudge that their repair ship got caught in the crossfire and they are not happy with the Libertonian government. They seem to think of themselves as independent and now work as much with the Hellfire Legion as the real government. Apart from that I didn't notice anything special and I will take my rest now to be ready for the fleet movement later.

Please pardon the delay, it wasn't easy to fly back around all the patrols.

Pilots,

today we will be performing a daring maneuver to leave the New Hampshire system. Parts of the Battlegroup have already been moved into the Bethlehem cloud or the Puerto Rico system. As the Discovery has been damaged to a point at which we cannot guarantee its survival without sacrifing more of the remaining ships, we moved most of the crew into the empty transports.

Discovery will be operating with a skeleton crew until we know how far we can get with it. Most ships have been launched and will serve as escorts. We can restock in the Bering system with the Unioners before we will continue our moves through Liberty.

Hacker and Unioner ships will be joining to distract potential enemies and help us fend them off until we reach the Puerto Rico system. Check your transponders so they show our IFF. I don't want pilots dying from the defense platforms.

Now I wish all of us luck. I'll be on the bridge of the Harmony until we got out of here.

Admiral Knight out.

Pilots,

I am grateful for your performance today as much as I am for the assistance of our new supporters. I understand and conflicts you might have with working together with Hackers and Unioners. Even I still have doubts about them. But they were the ones offering help and they are the ones who are helping us to fight back against the Navy.

I am sad to say that we lost the Discovery today. It was taken out by the Navy just as it attempted to jump. We know for a fact that the remaining crew used escape pods. Though as they did so during the jump and while they left the jumphole they are scattered all over the system and beyond. We will do our best to search them for as long as we can and have resources to spend.

Damage on other ships had been surprisingly low. I assume that the help we got was unexpected for the Navy and we have to thank them for keeping the casualties at bay. We will stay in Puerto Rico for the day and then move forward into the Bering system.

Having a bit of breathing space will allow us to do minor repairs and update our systems and databases. Be on alert. We are not done yet.

Admiral Knight out.

Today I took part in a Unioner attack raid into the Texas system. As ordered I met up with them close to Pacifica. They had quite the force and sadly my wingman didn't arrive in time.

It went rather unproblematic and we went out into Texas. We established a blockade in front of the New York Jumpgate. There was Navy arriving and LSF sticking around but they kept their distance as of our numbers. This was when Lieutenant Albey first appeared. But all ships retreated through the Jumpgate only to return with a group of Bounty Hunters later. But not before the Unioners engaged in piracy against a Freelancer transport.

Our ships managed to destroy most of the enemy until they retreated into New York. Lieutenant Albey of the Navy then told me of her interest to join our group and leave the Navy. I promised her I'd send someone to the Freeport to give her a way to contact us. I assume she'll send a message soon.

I docked on Pacifica until I receive further orders.

I returned from this four day mission into the system which entrance was found in Hudson. It appeared to be somewhere close to Rheinland but the only stellar bodies were a weak sun. Apart from that the system was crowded with unknown forces, AI ships with advanced technology. As I heard now the Harmony was in the system too, I hope my scout reports were of use. I retrieved some equipment from an abandoned depot and hid there for a while.

I saw trails of ships arriving, mostly heavy vessels of the Navy and Rheinland Military. Eventually they all moved into one direction, enabling me to leave the system. But the Jump Hole I found didn't return me to Hudson but instead I arrived in another unknown system. The local asteroid belt was massive and I slowly made my way to an abandoned mining installation. It appears whoever was there was mining some ore. It was unfamiliar to both myself and the ship computer. I took samples and prepared to continue and search my way out. There was also an ALG operation going on but they left me alone and I wanted to take my leave.

It was then that both Nomads and a rookie of the Gaul Navy arrived. The Gaul attacked with a gunboat, a futile task against my Guardian and in the dense field even! I took out a few nomads and lost the gunboat in the field. It was then destroyed further ahead by more arriving nomads. I left the system and ended up in Dublin. It was a long trip but I finally returned and will now rest. I have docked the fighter and handed over the cargo for safe keeping.

End of report.

Graves probably already spilled his beans due his ship arriving all shot up. Well.. I decided to go deep into Liberty and to search for the head of the snake. Fleet Admiral Jones. We had a.. uneventful chat, to say the least. During such, Admiral Reaser showed up, and Graves too not long after. And a Legionnaire. And an outcast. A veritable mexican stand-off. I warned everyone what I was there for. Especially the outcast. If the whole lot would burn in a pyre, I wouldn't shed a tear or run to grab a bucket. All in all, at the end of the chatter and pitter-patter of combat boots, I danced off with Jones, Graves with Reaser and the Legionnaire figured out its own against the outcast.

[Image: pmzhyNBt.png] - [Image: jWVqPbmt.png] - [Image: z8u1dEPt.png]

In the end, the Fleet Admiral went for a wild ride, and I had to save Graves's bacon. Reaser was plowing him down, so I took charge of the event and managed to get Graves out before his ship turned to scrap. In the process, Reaser was none too happy. But I gave her some two point o's for thought. More First Fleet assets arrived at the scene and managed to cut my work short. Reaser fled with a flaming husk of a ship. Not interested in dealing with the blind men that serve in the lower wheel of the grinder, I gave Redding a warning shot that he promptly took it for what it was.
A warning.

I will not back down. And I will not relent.

To Whom it May Concern, This is Seaman Apprentice Sasha White, on Aviation Operations Assignment: First Live Test, post Simulation. The Mission's Objective was simple, entering the New York System, perform a quick recon sweep of the system, and return to Harmony. On the return, in the Texas System,
I encountered Elements of the 5th Fleet, which attempted to intercept, but were luckily out of range. The Only Craft able to intercept, was a Maltese Fighter (Images Attached), which did indeed attempt to intercept. The Maltese National followed my Snubcraft, even after I engaged and 'burned' a trade lane, using a Mine to disrupt their tracking. However, I was in a bomber, and the Maltese Craft was nearly able to intercept again in Hudson, attempting to lure me out, before friendly Elements from Harmony came to assist.

I've put in with our temporary allies the Unioners, in Wedel Mining Facility. Images and Additional Voice Log Evidence are below.

Report Concluded.

Tonight, there was a drop on an outcast in New York, one of those Ghosts. I decided to check it out, and got pinged and pinned by Sader from the 5th, their excuse for an Admiral. He engaged, and not even ten minutes at it, he calls for support from a Freelancer, Darius Martin. Going for the two at the same time would be stupid so I played my hand and managed to face the Freelancer one on one. Ended badly for the sucker.

I then, well, went to town on Sader. He ran to West Point, with his BDR-804 in flames, excusing himself that it's better to live another day than to die. Yet he didn't docked. Baiting for time and backups. That arrived in the form of yet another Freelancer. The name rang a bell. And after I spent some itch time with her, Sader came back fully repaired. He didn't engaged however. Probably grew a decent amount of brain power and scurried off.

[Image: 1vs8HcHt.png] - [Image: PYMYwm2t.png] - [Image: ahzwFmEt.png]

As I was finally heading to California, for some shut eye and repairs, I got cut off by the very same Freelancer, now in her 5th colors. Go figure. At least it wasn't a capital all over my hide. But, for her misery, her mouth wrote checks that her ass couldn't cash. And I took what was due.

Welcome to Liberty.

After having my ship re-outfited, the LNS-Harmony as well as two Lane Hacker operatives in New York called for aid against a small force of Naval warships. The LNS-Harmony stationed itself near the Colorado jumpgate ready to attack an isolated Carrier vessel on the other side. I moved to scout out the Colorado Jumphole to see if they were anticipating the Harmony's approach from the Jumphole and not the Jumpgate. Before arriving on the scene I ran into Iota-6, another vessel responding to the call, who was in combat against a 5th primary fleet member. Upon seeing the two Iota-6 suffered critical damage from a nuclear mine that impacted on his hull, destroying several of his guns and equipment. I assisted and shot down the Navy pilot. After taking down the Navy pilot, Iota-6 and I moved towards the Colorado Jumphole to find the Navy suffering casualties to a group of Outcasts nearby. The Navy ships were destroyed and we re-grouped with the LNS-Harmony which had now entered New York and disabled the Carrier anticipating its arrival on the other side. With all hostiles eliminated, members of the Lane Hacker professorship and the LNS-Harmony conducted their meeting safely.
