Honestly, I never considered playing as a Nomad nor partaking in such a faction until @darkwind offered me to apply after a very pleasant encounter we had in game. Among the many features that caught my attention, I would mention the experimental RP language and the possibility to adopt unusual mindsets. I'm generally attracted to immersive and uncommon RP, although I am not sure I am the best at it.

I have read it through, yes. In a few words, Nomads are artificial biological entities created by an ancient and extinct alien race in order to keep an eye on Sirius for them, which inevitably led to frictions with human settlers. The term "Vagrants" refers to those who were expelled from Sirius at the end of the 800 War, and reshaped by the subsequent period of isolation. They are aware of their lack of brute force and try to fulfill their goals through more means than mere direct violence.
I have no experience roleplaying as a Nomad yet, and my main concern is my total lack of skill – but not of enjoyment – in terms of PvP.

I have been playing Discovery for over a year now, including a six-month hiatus. I did create my own anarchist Maquis faction, which has not met a lot of interest while not being quite dead and currently under a process of reactivation. I have been in several HCs, too.

This is by definition the role of a Nomad, I am aware of that, although I enjoy RPing with hostile characters. I'm not the trigger-happy kind.

<I remember the first time i played Frelancer Single Player back in those days. I was pretty hyped as i saw the Intro and even more in the late game. Such a cool fraction! I played a lot of Frelancer but not as a RP, however i played a lot of other games in RP styl. An something new is always intressted for me. I am wandering around Sirius for over a year, now. Pretty muching looking for a niche for myself, concept of Nomads was very interesting for me from the very start of my adventure with the game, I even was on trial in K'Hara, but real life went hard on me, and I could not complete it, and my plead for extension of the period was rejected. Anyway, I see K'Hara as a more pvp-focused faction, and I do not really think this is the most engaging thing to do as Nomad.
Have you read the faction writeups? Do you know what a Nomad is and do you have experience roleplaying them?
I read the big lore infodumps on the Forum, as well as some guides that K'hara provides, so I think I got the hang of it. Also, I am currently flying some indie Nomad ships, giving a helping hand in fights around Omicrons from time to time.
How long have you been playing Freelancer? Do you have experience leading factions, etc.? Have you ever been sanctioned and if yes, why?
I have been playing for around a year and a half now. I have never led a faction and i do not intend to. I have never been sanctioned.
As a Nomad, you are the antagonist. Are you aware that you are to play this role and that others will treat you as such? Do you have a problem with that?

I am an active pen and paper RPG player and GameMaster, I love roleplay and try to engage in it as much as I possibly can. I have never played on other servers.
We have a clear code of conduct. We expect decent behaviour from our members on the forums as well in the game. Do you believe you will be able to do that? Do you acknowledge that your membership can be terminated if you violate the faction code of conduct or the server rules?

While not strictly necessary, getting a grip on your roleplaying ability is crucial for our evaluation process. Please provide links to roleplay that you have done on the Discovery Forums as well as a list of character names you use ingame.
I do not play a lot, but I do have a little story thing going with Gammu AI Ship. Other than this I always try to have interactions before engaging in combat, so I roleplayed quite a bit in-game as various characters.
