I know what you are saying, but I think the only thing you will achieve with that is make bombers the new freighters. It would be almost a death sentence to fly a bomber without a fighter escort.

Deleting SNACs removes bomber's ability to inta fighters. its a small chance against a capable fighter but still a chance

Which is exactly the point. With that ability removed, Bombers could be given a variety of guns that are more reliable against snubs than SNACs, without being so hit or miss.

Diving into a cap at close puts a bomber into a great risk and cap captains must love this bombs same as bomber pilots will love it. Changes better work if 2-way fun.
I think launcher should be torpedo class, both versions (Nova and Incapacitator bombs). I'm afraid having power-bombs instead of mines would be too OP.
