I am not sure if you understood my previous message properly. I did not mean equality when it comes to the Ageira White Boxes, I was talking about equality in a situation when both houses produce some special cargo and want to protect interests of their corporations related to production and transportation of it. Nothing more, nothing less. And by the way, I would like to remind you that you have right to confiscate your products only in the Liberty. Doing such in the Rheinland space would be against the law and your personnel would have to be punished for it. If unlicensed hauliers are spotted, you should contact Rheinland law enforcement either directly in space or through NeuralNet with relevant evidence. Anyway, speaking of my last message, my intention was mainly to inform you why the issue of rights for Universal Shipping takes so long, what is the obstacle and how even you could help to remove it. If you are not interested, it is your decision which we have to accept and continue trying on our own. We will hope that we will reach what is needed even without your support. However, contrary to popular belief, Rheinland is a democracy where the power of the government is limited by the power of parliament representatives and if they demand that some conditions must be met to approve something, the government has to accept it and try to fulfil these demands. Also, like I mentioned before, it is not really helpful when everyone with NeuralNet access can easily check that Kusari corporations are allowed to transport your products at least within their house while our corporations are kept from this opportunity. Claiming there will be lack of ships to make deliveries to and within Rheinland sounds to the Bundestag representatives just like an excuse in this situation, despite it may be true. Last but not least, I will advise you to consider -very- carefully the threat of lobbying for the removal of ALG´s status of the permitted shipper of nuclear devices in the Liberty. Every action causes reaction and if the Liberty will start revoking what was achieved in our talks so far, the Rheinland can start doing the same because Bundestag representatives very likely will not have understanding for such treatment. It may end with a loss of everything that was reached so far and waste of all the time and effort we both invested into our negotiations. I personally hope this is not result you plan to end up with after all those months and number of messages we exchanged. Laura Caspers =[TRANSMISSION TERMINATED]=

Ms. Caspers, We will not be held hostage by your political agendas. You have taken away legal and inherit right for Universal Shipping to transport Ageira White Boxes within your house on your own accord against our requests and pleas. Ageira has already put the effort to successfully add ALG on the list for shipping of Nuclear Devices yet you seem to completely ignore it. Even further, your reluctance to fully comply with our request to add it to contraband laws (where you added it to restricted/licensed commodities) and instead you now continue to plainly and simply extort us with demand to use our influence to do what is beneficial to your side without realizing that Universal Shipping delivering maintenance parts is also beneficial to your side, leaves us concerned that you have absolutely no intention to abide by what is required for the smooth operational status of Rheinland's Jump Gate and Trade Lane Network. If things go awry due to lack of required parts that you refuse to enable to be shipped in surplus, you can reconsider your stance. Apparently your house is plagued by these incidents so it does not seem like we will have to wait long for such time. In the mean time, I will shift my priorities to continue working with clients who are compliant with our requests to add legislatures that were simply part of initial maintenance contracts. Ms. Caspers, Now that we have completed most advanced project, we are ready to revisit the issue that plagues our partnerships. In the past, you have mentioned that Universal Shipping will be considered to be added to the law revision if Rheinland Corporations are allowed to transport Nuclear Devices through Liberty. We have made considerable progress in lobbying for Nuclear Devices to be removed from Liberty Laws and the revision is set to go live the moment Universal Shipping is rightfully added to your own laws. However, verbal promise from your side no longer carries as much weight as previously, as we made the effort to add ALG as exclusion to Nuclear Devices however you still refused to reconsider our please. Therefore Liberty Laws will only be updated in response to your revision, should you wish to receive continued maintenance for your network as well as allow your corporations to deliver Nuclear Devices through Liberty. The proposal you mentioned was indeed subject of negotiations between the Rheinland government and the Liberty counterpart. After it was rejected by the government of the republic, it is surprising to hear that Liberty is ready to change their opinion just three months later. It is also surprising to hear that the promise of the Rheinland government is questioned. Not only is that insulting, but on top of that, it makes little sense because obviously, if one side does not fulfil its part of the agreement, the other can easily and quickly revoke the applied law change. Anyway, even under these circumstances, the government of the Bundesrepublik is willing to open again the matter of USI´s license for the transportation of the Ageira White Boxes. However, in this introduced atmosphere of distrust, it would like to see the exact wording of the relevant part of updated Liberty laws beforehand to be sure that it meets our requirements. Considering you said that the law revision is "set to go live", I assume it should not be a problem to provide it? Laura Caspers =[TRANSMISSION TERMINATED]=

Ms. Caspers, It is ironic that you are requesting the wording of revision while previously we were unsatisfied with the way your law was changed. Most likely this suspicion is born out of your power-play. But we digress. Here is a transcript of draft ready to go live. We shall await to see proper cargo restriction placed upon our product as negotiated in the past before going forward with Liberty's removal of restriction upon Nuclear Devices. The Rheinland government discussed again and approved subsequently to issue the recommendation of trustworthiness for transportation of Ageira White Boxes to the Universal Shipping. This information was forwarded to the Bundespolizei, which informed us already that the respective restricted cargo license was issued and added to the Restricted Cargo Licensing Registry. You can see the confirmation message hier... LOADING DATA ATTACHMENT
Now the Rheinland government awaits the promised revision of the Liberty laws. As you can see, it kept its word and the previously offered agreement despite it was refused by the Liberty government and Bundesrepublik would have full right to change the opinion and requirements in the meantime to take into account the current situation. We hope that this step will help to improve our relations and will mark the point of change towards the era of more cordial negotiations.

The Rheinland government is glad that we were able to come to an agreement which suits both sides and is mutually fully equal. As I said in my previous message, we believe that this will help to improve our relations. Now when this matter is closed, we would like to open a new one. As you may or may not know, there was some development in the Dresden system, which was for quite some time battleground between the Rheinland forces and the terrorists from the Red Hessian movement, which was supported by other criminal and terrorist organizations fighting by their side. This system lost economic value a long time ago but was held for strategic reasons, however after the war with the Kusari Empire broke out, the military had to redeploy part of their forces elsewhere and the enemy used this situation recently for a major offensive, which resulted in the strategic retreat of the Rheinland forces back to the New Berlin system where they regrouped and fortified their position again, using the advantage of proximity of the reinforcements from the Wildau Station. Now to the point. Because the jumpgate connection between New Berlin and Dresden system lost any value for the Bundesrepublik in the current situation and is now actually considerable safety and security risk, we would like to have it closed. It goes without saying that after the previous experience from the wartime emergency shutdown of gates to Bering and Hudson systems which lead to the crisis with an unstable wormhole, the government prefers to do it in a safer way by cooperation with your corporation and its experts, despite it means risks caused by the time delay. Thus we would like to ask what would be required to achieve this goal as soon as possible. Mit Grüße, Laura Caspers =[TRANSMISSION TERMINATED]=

Ms. Caspers, We were concerned hearing of Hessians supposedly beating Rheinland out of Dresden but we are much relieved hearing that it was abandoned after being exhausted of its resources. It is entirely possible to safely close down the connecting Jump Gates. Such operation however requires synchronized access and physical link to both Jump Gates from both sides due to security and other precautions put in place from the beginning of these products. Due to considerable danger expected on the other side, it would require the assistance of Rheinland forces to protect Ageira team accessing and initiating safe shutdown of Jump Gates. Should this be possible, our offices can organize this operation to decide on the plan and set it in motion. To whom it may concern, We would like to inquire about possibility to reconnect Bering and Hamburg by building a Jump Gate in Bering and reestablish connection with disabled Jump Gate on Hamburg side. Please let us know your thoughts on this matter. John White, President, Ageira Innovations |
