Couldn't be further from the truth. They're complete polar opposites in terms of ideology. The Zoners flee to Border/Edge Worlds to avoid laws and regulations imposed by the Houses so that they can live a free, fairly peaceful life. The Core wants to forcefully carve out an Empire within these regions for themselves, and drain them of resources until they're dry.

Zoners don't have one single ideology. Zoners are people who don't want to live in house space. That's all they have in common. All the other stuff was put into discovery by players who wanted to RP a certain way.

Their ideology is that they want to stay away from the laws and regulations imposed by Houses. It's a defining characteristic of them.

Might want to note that LPI is the only police force in Sirius that is profit-driven and actually a corporation, not a government entity

And which house's laws and regulations does the Core plan to submit their Empire to?

The Core's own set of laws are a threat to the Zoner way of life.

What's funny is that they're in-RPly onerous, but on the player's side, they are simple and easy to follow.

SCRA isn't inner-house... It's edge-words...

Are you saying the Zoner way of life is to have no laws at all? Like no no-fire-zones laws and no don't-shoot-unless-in-self-defense laws and stuff, and anyone can take a dump inside the bar instead of going to the bathroom to do it?
