I fly around and explore space, scanning systems and do freelance jobs to keep myself busy.
With this license request, I'd like to build an installation within your House. My databanks aboard my vessel have almost reached capacity, and this installation will have more than enough memory to hold all of this information, and then some. This information will be freely accessible to the lawful Gallic Forces.

This contract I'm sharing will serve as proof of being genuine when working with the Lawfuls.

Please be aware that due to problematic interactions with Sirians in the past, the Gallic Union does not simply hand out permissions to any random foreigner who feels the need or whim to slap together a modular installation.
Furthermore, we are less inclined to approve said request when the individual is not even aware that our sovereign laws require a license for the use of surveying equipment, FTL devices and hyperspace location equipment, which seems to be the mainstay of your endeavours listed in your application.
Lastly, evidence of your cooperation with Sirian corporate entities is not, in any way, an example of good faith towards the goodwill of the Gallic Union.

As a gesture of good will towards the Ministère de l'Intérieur we have wired 150,000,000 Credits - an amount civilians would pay for registration and a fine. Whether you decide to add our Fort to Sheet of Registered Bases we leave at your discretion.
