Gallia is overextended and concentrated most of the avalaible forces on the Bretonian front, leaving the Gallia Core Worlds almost empty. Technically if the GRN wants to save the Crown, they would need to abandon New London and make a blockade of the Leeds system, in order to contain the Allied forces. They would need to take back Tau-31 and move several battlegroups into IDF, which takes too much time.
The final attack on New London looks like a desperate attack than anything else. Like if the GRN would know they would have lost already , that Gallia will sink so they decided to finish what they've started : the destruction of Bretonia. No marrer what, Gallia cant hold in any case New London once captured. They cant save Gallia Crown. The best for the GRN would be to win in New London by destroying the Allied forces and then retreat in the Taus with Aquitaine and Brittany jump holes.

I hope they end the war normally, with a normal fleet battle (in theory anyways). Can we end the war for a bit before starting the next one? It wouldnt feel like much has changed otherwise.
Then after a short peace (like 6 months), perhaps drop a nomad connecting system that connects to somewhere between Gallia and Bretonia. I'd like to see things unfold in Gallia and Bretonia, see this war end, and let people RP around the post war environment and atmosphere.
Its easy, once Gallia loses 2 or 3 of its big battleships, they'd have no choice but to pull back to Gallia to save IDF, or be comepletely crushed in NL and lose in Gallia as well. Not many states or empires ever won a 2 fronted war.
I don't want to see that Devs just take whatever they want and claim it as a Devtonia land. If it will continue they could easily break the NAP and take Omegas because I am Devtonia and Devs just want it. just my opinion
Edit: I understand that We wanna finish this war, but other sectors seems pretty empty in a content stuff.

I really don't want to derail this thread though. There is some very, very interesting speculation going on here, so don't let me interrupt it. I will say that after the war I want to do a retrospective about how things would have been different if certain events had gone differently, so we'll have more time for this line of discussion then.

You know .. Zoners didn't had any saying much like IMG in the Gran Canaria thing ... nobody consulted Zoners about it... it was simply decided and deal with it ...

The main reason why Coalition DIDN'T DO THAT is the passive Coalition desicion and Sydney Accords that Makes me angry each Time I hear it. If not this Accords, I'd already bomb Stirling using TSAR Forward Guns. Furthermore SCRA| is just dead. There is Con, Reeves, Zyl and some newbeis. + 5 Coalition Factions cannot find a proper solution to unite. Each one have his own vision of it and each one doing whatever they thing it is true, but that's not how Coalition should work.
