The English isn't perfect but it's pretty easy to understand what he said. Like yeah, he is speaking English. He's complying with the rules. I can't help but feel like this thread is just out to get Hopewell.

Having family, served in the army, and having no criminal or psycho records in real life.
And most importantly only for citizens of the USA!

There's a way to do this without making it a trial by forum. If you have a problem with a specific faction, take it to their feedback instead.
