Here is my thinking in brief.
Artifacts = nomad tools
Cardamine = nomad weed
Blue squishies = LPI donut fillers.
Can nomads go anywhere (due to all of Sirius being left for the Nomads by Damned Kavortings)? Yes. Then so can Order.
Plain and simple.
None of this, Zone of Influence, Zone of interest garbage. And your right, unless an Admin states other wise I see no problem viewing it this way. Even IF an admin stated otherwise, I would still see it this way.
