I think if we need more admins or moderators is something the admins/mods alone can decide, as it's them who have to coup with the work and who will be overworked if there aren't enough people to take care of the sanction flood:).

True objectivity is a myth, though being able to set aside your own viewpoints for a moment to see things how others do is a good thing, too. I do believe our current Admin team tries their best to do that, and should they decide they need help, I'm sure they'll pick someone who will fit in with that.
