I have 5 on my Sabre, and its already a lot. If you make them 10 class, then Outcasts wont have any 9class. Overally, yes, Krakens are good, but not overpowered. If Sabre mounts a lot of them, he cant maintain fire long enough, you need a lot of accuracy and use them carefully to be effective with 7. Low power makes up for it, Titan has huge powercore and extremely efficient weapons, so in the end you find out its nearly even. And by the way, those LABCs would have to be utterly stupid to lose to 3 Sabres. Did they even have cap armour? :D Knowing how it goes around liberty, I think you encountered some poor noobs who just bought their lolcaps and tried to shoot stuff without knowing how to fly them. Ability to deliver huge amount of damage in short time is an advatage you can spent a lot more time on just shield camping, and that is working just perfectly.. Besides, as I mentioned before you can switch off some of the krakens when constantly firing on tail. Krakens are moderate effcient. ANd about outcasts without class 9... they have wyrms type 2, which seems to be forgaten. One more thing, they are on open market for outcasts allies. They can be and are widely used. I'm sure at the start of 4.85 one of the big things we were told had happened was 'guns buffed to kraken level'. I've only got one ship with Krakens and I haven't actually fought anyone in it since I bought it, so I'm not some QQ kraken fan boy or anything. I don't see a problem with the allies of the Outcasts getting them (Outcasts do sell black market munitions of of their station in Eta), but I'd at least say don't mount it on every hard point...use some of your own faction guns on your ship too.
