Seems more logical to keep everything that is modding related inside the same category. I also added Mod Request and Mod Feedback as suggestions. Yours to think about it, but I do feel they are needed to prevent request from getting mixed in various mod related topics [like topics on how to improve bombers in-game, these are discussions, not request. Both shouldn't be mixed together]

I don't agree with the removing flood part. i just vote we restrict it more.

Flood can be useful sometimes, for things that don't fit anywhere else, such as my char list in my sig.

if we can cut the spam tumour out and keep the utility of flood, it'll be pretty damn sweet

Yup, flood is in the thing in the link. And like I said before, I totally agree with implementing that new structure.

But yes, mindless flood should be more restricted.
