Thanks Beck, best help you could give is being honest in any bugs you find down the road. We're moving forward slowly to avoid another Omega 49, but you never know.
One fellow is much richer today for having reported a trade bug that he found. We do reward people pointing out exploits.

Great mod, I think this will make mining a more attractive and profitable thing to do in Discovery in general. Instead of all that powertrading I think I will do a bit of mining as well.

Hallo there,
I've been mining the T-29 hydrocarbon field as Kishiro for.. well.. one night prior to the mod, earlier today and just now.
Pre-update: Not particularly profitable, I mostly used it to spy on traders headed through T-29 for later interdiction. Still, not horrible. Made a little bit of money. Enough to buy some refills for my bomber.
Post-update(early): Hydrocarbons weren't even sold at Nago Station (Kishiro, Tau-29), prices were low and I wondered why on earth I ever bothered to make a Kishiro miner.
Post-update(just now): Hydrocarbon prices are balanced for the region and my (limited) trademap on the miner suggests happiness and joy in the future.
All in all, I know this is a work in progress and I've got to say, Dusty the ringleader and whoever you've roped into this, you're doing a great job. And doing a great job fast. Big hugs.

Silver Ore and Copper Ore in Liberty space appears to be only worth 100cr whereas Silver ( without the Ore extension ) has it's normal value, The same applies for Copper Ore v Copper, adding the Ore extension has now made mining those 2 commodities worthless, this does not apply to mining Helium or Hydrocarbons in Penn.

Copper and Silver aren't worth mining out there. Those fields are historically exhausted. They're mostly for nubs.

On the one hand, I'm inclined to agree that Samura should get a bonus. On the other hand, if all the major production of AO is planetside, I'm not sure how effective mining them would be overall. I think both should get bonuses, but only the GMG Miner ship-wise?
PS Making a biohazardous material acquisition and containment ship would be way awesome for such things.

This is getting mighty interesting. It certainly can give Hessians a new angle and hopefully spawn a lot of RP opportunities.
It can multiply RP opportunities everywhere where there are miners around.

To add mining site in Omicron Lota (those nebulas or something), something like artifacts, or alien organisms, that would be profitable as hell, but also very risky, and it would require team work. Bonuses for Order ID + IFF?
