Honorable warriors of the Jade Emipre, I know that it has been a while since my last communication. Propaganda stating my demise is greatly exagerrated. Much has transpired and it has been all I could do to hold our people together. Three weeks ago an assassination attempt was made on the Empress and the Wu High Command. Information is scarce at the moment, but we believe that elements within the Kusari Government are responsible for the attacks. I was badly wounded in the attack and I am ashamed to say that so was our beloved Empress. She is currently in a coma aboard her transport which for security reasons will remain hidden. I order all loyal fighters to check in on command frequencys and regroup at point Delta Foxtrot. We will bring swift death to those responsible. Long live the Jade Empire. General Long out.
