I wouldn't characterize it, in my case, as "losing interest" - I don't have much interest in the forums now, but that's mostly because there's nothing really to do since I never actually finish a story.
Actually, I think it'll give me more interest in the game when it returns, since I've got a lot of RP ideas waiting for the server to return.
And hell, I've got Escape Velocity Nova to play while I wait. :laugh:

I work full time & I'm in my final year of an accounts course. I cannot afford to play very much, but this certainly removed the temptation, so (for me) its proving a good thing. I do a few Diablo2 LOD runs to chill out, but guilt takes me & I work some more.
I'm exhausted most of the time & I really shouldn't even be reading these blasted forums. I need medication to kick the Freelancer habit.

I think we all needed a nice break. I for one, finally got around to cleaning the crap outta my computer. (I love Ace Utilities) And also i found a pretty sweet turn-based game...
P.S. I think we should all make a thread on the forums and title it 'letter to hackers' and thank them for giving us some free time, just to piss them off.
