    The Virulian Enclave have much to thank you for, we could not have made our colony blossom without the help of our friends and allies of the Temporary Autonomous Zoners or the Omicron Supply Industries.

    Ever since the first supplies arrived we have begun work on roads, housing complexes and a shipyard to facilitate our own vessels.

    The Agricultural part of our building project have begun and we expect a harvest using our own agricultural science, we can now say we can survive without having to strain the Zoner populace on the planet or the space ports.

Please let me begin by asking for your forgiveness if I misuse any of your terminology at all. I have had a chance to study the grand religion of Discordiaism recently. It is very interesting and parallels the teachings of ours quite a bit. One of these days I may have a few of our acolytes come and visit your grand temple, with your permission, and learn more of the Goddess Eris from a more direct source.

On the matter at hand, I wish to add my personal thanks to that of the Council. Our fields, our homes, and our people could not be substantiated without this grand endeavor completed by both the TAZ and the OSI. My heart could not be more filled with joy and love, except to be in the warm embrace of the creator's arms. We do still remember the great and grand act that the zoners did in allowing us to have a place in which we could call home. We will never forget such an act and will always be there for our brothers in arms.

May Eris watch over you all.
