Treating you as EQUAL, even if you're the new guy
Willing to teach you a thing or two, about (their and other's) RP & even PVP
Flexibility
Fighting against faction hostiles, trading with faction neutrals/allies or give 'em combat support
Having an archenemy and RP that
Activity
Interested/participating in forum RP and diplomatical developments in discovery (the politic stage in disco is
the Comm channel)
Able to distinguish between character's anger and player's fun
Daily activity
There's more but this is what spontaneously comes in mind.
