Tizona Black Dragon is a rather common thing.
I mean, I see them every day. I don't know if the Corsairs are to blame, or factions that demand those weapons.
Hell, yesterday I saw 5 NLH all in Black Dragons, and most of them with Tizonas.
I pity the BAF in their ships, for having to deal with not just KNF and Hogosha, but local criminals using their equipment as well.
