It's a great feeling when you manage to get your hands on a good ship... newbs will feel that way once they've tried doing it without getting a lot of money from other people.

The amount of times a n00b has asked me something like 'how do you bring up the nav map' is rediculous.
Anyway, i think the FL story is very well thought out and is a joy to play.

Amen to that Jamez.. Playing the SP first gives you a greater under standing of
how the game as a whole works, and how to manipulate things like your rep.
Nav map.... sheesh.

Couldnt agree more. SP is essential if you are willing to play on line later. SP gives you the basic knowledgement about FL and its ways.
So it is allways better to complete the SP and explore a bit more after the campaign. Thats what i did, and after getting bored of the SP, i started looking for a server where to play... And found this one :).
