Well this is definatly some...... interesting evidence that seems valid enough and as such there are no grounds of which to dismiss the case as there is new evidence it seems.

I am also declairing you emotionaly comprimised due to family crisis as it seems and procedings will begin immediatly to find a new judge who is not emotionaly compromised.

As such your Honer, Judge Alberic Farthing Shortlongs, are hearby dismissed from this case due to emotional compromise, pending further investigation.

This case shall be opened back up with all previous statments and evidence remaining, as soon as a suitable replacment is found.
