And you shouldn't say that Phoenix were dead before the ZA, actually we were always on the top 5 since our officialdom until the recent days. Also, I can see speak from my personal side, my activity dropped due to the events of 74 (and a tons of work inRL). I always played in the Omicrons because I was interested in that part of Sirius, now its gone because its not fun anymore.

Bud. I have no problem with you or your factions, I do have a problem where the ai self declared war on za and while I've heard you guys to remain neutral you picked them. There is no blacklist to pobs, if there were the za will only target ai tagged vessels, it's impossible, hence it targeted everyone, your faction ignored za even when they made dozens of public announcements, your faction is as guilty as the za, jack in his post said it all

Anyways.. if there is something about Zoners state it here. Just from now. ak 14 juli 2013. It would be nice if we just put this damn thing behind. Just play and enjoy. RP and if there will be conflicts try to solve em inRP rather then to shoot.
About official factions:
They have rights and duties indeed, but an unofficial faction can RP mostly the same as an official one. Even with less inRP consequences. For example fly a cap under an official tag within house space. You have a very big chance it will be noticed and reported within the communication channels. (inRP before you guys say Rulebreaking) Any player could RP as a station owner, its not a big deal as long they RP justified within the lore and station IFF. There are always limits. I remember a fella who did RP for a long time Ames Research Station within kepler. Like me he did like to RP as a station owner. And I must say he did very well. But it was just some indy player who asked permission to RP a station. Not sure which zoner stations are NOT RP'ed by someone yet, but in case of doubt you could always RP with your own PoB. There is a reason they DO exist. Not as most use em only as some equipment factory and thats it. Just try to RP with it and you notice it can be very enjoyable.

4.7 Official player factions have authority over players of the same NPC affiliation, as long as RP justification is provided. This authority applies in forums and in-game, and applies to player faction diplomacy, and strategic and tactical direction. However, exercise of that authority, on the forums and in game, is restricted to official faction members with the rank of the official faction leader and one rank below him/her. The authority may be exercised through the use of in-game in-RP orders, which, if not obeyed, can result in in-game in-RP consequences (arrest, court martial, and even "lethal" force in extreme circumstances). Official player factions cannot, under any cicrumstances, require another player to follow non-canon RP if that player doesn't want to.
You see this ZA? The only reason your not dead was because As a faction we decided to follow our ID before we followed this rule. While myself and other said your actions were a direct attack on all things 'Zoner' others said it was more important to follow the Zoner ID and not become like ZA. Even after all the times we asked you not to do something, because it was out of Zoner cannon RP, and you told us to 'GTFO we do what we like, we're the official Zoner faction. Your just Phoenix.' Why on Earth the admins have let this run on so long I have no idea. Its a dark mark on the community. Every ZA ship and base should be deleted, because they are all a product of Bad RP and even meta-gaming in some cases. I know enough reports to that degree have been made, I don't need to cite certain case's.

Even Phoenix ships I saw vids of violating rules. Where 2 fight 2 are to blame. Not 1 but 2! Anyways if the admins did interfere people would just say they agree with ZA or with the Phoenix. While in a way it could be solved easier. For now its ok, so keep it that way.

As, a longtime member of Phoenix and a senior member of this group, I know that has NEVER HAPPENED! Lets see these Vids. And then show me the reports. Or if any admin can show me something I'm not aware of by all means post. Other wise shut your mouth Duv. I mean how seriously can you take somebody who had all his ships and the ships of several other players deleted for hardcore cheating. Your name is mud as far as I'm concerned.

Dirk, with flaming on the forums doesnt help you or the Phoenix as a faction a damn. You state that all the ZA ships should be deleted just because. To validate your own believes by trying to make someone else looks bad only backfire upon your own face. See this as a lesson to learn.
Also if i would be a hardcore cheat. Ask me then why in hell would almost ALL my files be different? Think about it, but if you didn't know what happened or what exactly i was sanctioned for then say 0 please. Also keep ontopic its about zoners not about SANCTIONS.
Also the vids I did believe I got that one of Tel aviv. Got many of more peeps, but don't ask me the exact link as Im pretty sure it might be reported to the admins anyways. If ask him if he can dig one out on private comms. Or well wait and see if someone will be sanctioned. If the admins doesnt let it just pass over and give everyone a slack who did violate the rules there.

Don't you dare ever come out and accuse us of anything if you don't have any proof at all of what you claim. You dont have to look very far to find official sanctions and complaints about ZA and the players behind them (esp. their countless ALTs). Yet not a single one on Phoenix. I wonder why that is?
