COMM ID: [color=#99FFFF]Ensign Jeremy McKenzie TARGET ID: Liberty Forces Reporting Centre SUBJECT: Rogue Encounter ENCRYPTION: Low PRIORITY: Low While patrolling the border I noticed a Rogue Werewolf Muratti.Rosso disabling a lane with the intent to pirate just off Houston. The USV-Vera flew into the trap and subsequently I was forced to intervene. Being in an Upholder I requested the assistance of Vayri.Redis, a freelancer in backing me up. Regrettably, Redis was downed and the pod recovered, while I was taking heavy damage. The [LNS]Reloge was within 6K range, but failed to offer assistance despite being requested. Later the ship would remain unresponsive when questioned. I circled the Mississipi and the Rogue foolishly followed. We scratched up his hull nicely but I had to land in the bay as soon as I had critical damage. The rookies out there are doing their best.

![]() COMM ID: [color=#99FFFF]Lt.Commander Anna Brown TARGET ID: High Command SUBJECT: Returing to active duty ENCRYPTION: Low PRIORITY: Low "Salites to Admiralty" After several months long break in my career, I step forward to inform you that I'll return to active duty, right after I pick my stuff and my ship in good old hangar. Last time I checked, my identification isn't working and I don't have any clearance. I'm guessing because of security reasons? Last thing I remember I was Lt.Commander, just hoping I'll have those resources again? Long time passed right before my eyes and I would like to request all necessary updates to be uploaded on my neutral net, before I start my first patrol. Brown out. ![]() [color=#FFFFFF]TARGET ID: [color=#66FFFF]Liberty Navy High Command SUBJECT: Patrol Report #4: Reavers ENCRYPTION: Medium PRIORITY: High Reporting in. A call went out reporting that Navy fighters needed to intercept a flight of Reavers moving out from Zone 21. I was the first to arrive, and I stationed at Melbourne station until Gold 7 joined me, just as the Reavers exited the minefield. We engaged the Reavers, who were all flying bombers, and before long, more reinforcements arrived to assist us. We took them all down, though, there were a few casualties from the secondary fleet in the form of capital ships that engaged the bombers. The LNS Chico was also destroyed, from the Primary Fleet, and Rachel Baker's fighter was destroyed in the action, but we eliminated all of the Reavers. Guncams attached.

COMM ID: [color=#99FFFF]Ensign Jeremy McKenzie TARGET ID: Liberty Forces Reporting Centre SUBJECT: Rogue Encounter ENCRYPTION: Low PRIORITY: Low Rather uninteresting day today, little came of it and data corruption due to a well-placed pulse fire resulted in no guncam imagery. Simply the interception of several near embargo runners, the clarification of a few carrying MVs to Whitefield, and chasing around the Rogue Art.Wholeflaffer. I do hope the LPI get to dealing with those domestic issues of ours sooner.
McKenzie out. [font=agency fb]****TRANSMISSION TERMINATED****

COMM ID: Lieutenant Commander Alan Polstari TARGET ID: Primary Fleet Command HQ SUBJECT: Indicent Compilation Report ENCRYPTION: High PRIORITY: Medium Greetings, sirs.
I apologize for the lack of reports this past week, and will be making up for that in this compilation report of incidents over the past week. [color=#FFFFFF]Subject: Antonio-merchant Lieutenant Commander Lily Hale and myself came across this vessel over Manhattan carrying Counterfeit Software. We ordered to the vessel to hold, but it attempted to flee anyway. We dealt with it appropriately. Contraband Neutralized Subject: Wickinger I ran across this vessel carrying a variety of Contraband, including Nuclear Devices and Human Organs. I believe the captain of the vessel was looking around for the best prices he could find. Despite several attempts to interdict the vessel, he kept emergency landing on several Liberty bases, and I was unable to inflict enough damage to halt him. Keep an eye out for this vessel in the future. Cargo Scan Subject: zsaron I came across this vessel carrying Artifacts near Fort Bush while ferrying supplies in the LLS Sierra Nevada. I was unable to halt the vessel at the time, but on a later patrol with Junior Lieutenant Alexis Hunter we stopped the vessel and attempted to question its captain, but it decided to be foolish and we had to blast it. Artifacts Docking on Newark Station Intercepted and Destroyed Subject: Leviathan1 While in command of the LNS Chico and assisting Admiral Jack Malrone on assignment in the Alaska system, we came across this transport violating the no-fly order while carrying Cryocubes. Upon confirmation from the Admiral, we opened up on the vessel as it attempted to flee back to New York, eventually blasting it in Zone 21. We were able to retrieve 3,000 of the Cryocubes for eventual use for ***REDACTED***. Cryocubes in Alaska Kishiro Papers Vessel Contained in Zone 21 Subject: 8757NC-"Exspes" I came across this Liberty Rogue bomber pilot near the lane between Fort Bush and Manhattan. I engaged and successfully destroyed the target despite some Ion interference. Battle Shot Kill Confirmed Subject: ELFO_DRAGON I came across this vessel carrying Slaves originally near Fort Bush, and before I could interdict it it landed on Baltimore Shipyard. Having other things to attend to, I task the vessel Iron~Man to keep an eye out. He did so, and we later tracked it to Pueblo Station, where we took it on and crippled it before it could engage a jury-rigged cloaking device. The Slaves were rescued by the personnel on Pueblo Station. Slaves in the Hold Freelancer Papers Jury-Rigged Cloaking Attempt Crippled Subject: LinK0ln While on patrol with Ensign James Lambert we came across this vessel loaded with H-Fuel headed towards the Texas system. We attempted to stop the vessel to question its destination, but it engaged a cloaking device and vanished as we did so. We were unable to pick up further readings on the vessel. I suggest an inquiry be made if the vessel is spotted again. Cargo Scan Papers and Armor Subject: Havoc Later on that same patrol Ensign Nicole Hayes joined us, and as we were searching for a Freelancer tagged George.Bailey in a KNF Gunboat the Ensign reported contact with an Order "Hathor" class Gunboat coming in from the Colorado system. We halted the vessel near Norfolk, and even gave George Bailey the chance to prove his good intentions by shooting at the vessel. He did so, though we would later find him to be duplicitous in his actions. The Order was taken down by our snub and gunboat vessels in short order. Vessel Scan Vessel Destroyed Subject: ECS-Nebula Speaking of "Hathor" class Gunboat, we came across this Freelancer in this vessel right afterwards. I believe the vessel has made a request to operate in Liberty, though it was also reported upon previously. Ensign James Lambert and I escorted the vessel out to Cortez without incident. Vessel and Papers Departing via Cortez Subject: George.Bailey As I said, it turns out that Mr. Bailey is entirely more mercenary than I'd hoped. While engaging against Liberty Rogue and Reaver vessels after having escorted the ECS Nebula out to Cortez, he attempted to sell his services to both sides, and ended up taking an offer from one of the Rogues. I recommend that this vessel be given persona non grata status within the House of Liberty. Bailey in Combat Bailey taking Rogue's offer Subject: MissCane On Embargo overwatch over Houston I ran across this vessel carrying Luxury Consumer Goods headed towards Bering. I attempted to halt the vessel before it crossed the border, but managed to catch it just on the other side of the gate. What followed was an exercise in sheer insanity, as the vessel's captain claimed that it was playing a "game" and that it wanted to go where it willed without consideration to anything else. The vessel's captain must have been insane, as it made a run for and eventually crashed into the star at the heart of Bering. No word on if its auto-eject functions worked or of the Freeport 2 crew picked up the vessel's pod. I will be making a report to the Administration of Demented Memory and Independent Neural Science here when I've rested enough to make the report. Initial Comms (1 of 9) Sundive Attempt Sundive Success Lieutenant Commander Polstari, signing off. [font=agency fb]****TRANSMISSION TERMINATED****

COMM ID: [color=#99FFFF]Recruit Kohaku Ueda TARGET ID: Liberty Forces Reporting Centre SUBJECT: Patrols ENCRYPTION: Low PRIORITY: Low [font=agency fb]Battle at Manhattan [color=#99FF99] I launched my ship at the word of Reavers in New York. After chasing them to Texas, a short battle followed that left many of our ships destroyed. I retreated at the command of Captain Baker, repaired my ship, and went to Planet Manhattan. When I got there, there was a group of Outcasts and pirates orbiting the planet. Another battle followed, but we wiped out the pirates while we only lost two ships.
[font=agency fb]Outcast Ranseur[color=#99FF99] I was told to go to California and help with an Outcast Dreadnought. When I got there, a Falcata started attacking our bombers, so I distracted him enough for our bombers to finish the job. The Falcata then fled to Alcatraz under my fire, and I broke off.
[font=agency fb]Outcast Bomber[color=#99FF99] A battlegroup consisting of fighters, a gunship, and a cruiser that I was a part of recieved word of more Outcasts in New York. We moved to destroy them, but they escaped to Buffalo. Afterwords I intercepted the Falcata that escaped me during the Outcast Dreadnought battle. He wasn't happy to see me, and fled 200K to Buffalo under both my fire and Commander Janette. After fleeing off the plane when Buffalo didn't shake us, I disrupted the bomber and destroyed it.
[font=agency fb]Stolen Siege Cruiser[color=#99FF99] After destroying the Falcata, Commander Janette and I flew to West Point where we saw a Freelancer in possession of a Siege Cruiser. After some questions, we were forced to destroy the stolen warship with no damage to either of our ships.

COMM ID: [color=#99FFFF]Lieutenant Jane Hartman TARGET ID: Liberty Forces Reporting Centre SUBJECT: New York Incursions. ENCRYPTION: Low PRIORITY: Low Sirs, Ma'ams.
[color=#CCCCCC]Hartman here, back in the cockpit. Patrol began with the destruction of the Hellfire Legion ship Libertine by massed Dreadnought fire. By the time my Liberator arrived, the fight was just about winding up, though the Libertine's escort; Ven'Gyr evaded detection.
Following Libertine's destruction most of the task force assembled for the intercept returned to base, though a few ships (inc. the Cloverfield) remained on-station. We got word that a smuggler, Cardimilk_for_Kids was attempting to reach Manhattan [Note: Scan was taken after the ship departed Manhattan]. By the time I arrived, he was too close to the mooring point for a successful intercept and we chose to wait the ship out. Eventually, he couldn't help himself and departed Manhattan Spaceport, right into the arms of our force. Though Admiral Baker was occupied with the Kusari Gunboat George.Bailey [mentioned in Lt.Cmdr Polstari's report.], I was able to bring the ship down some 50km above Norfolk Shipyard. All Cardamine carried by the transport has since been vaporised. Adm. Baker aboard the Bunker.Hill took out Bailey's Gunboat in Manhattan Orbit shortly before Cardimilk bought it. On return to Norfolk (and subsequent repair of scratched paintwork), Admiral Baker and I moved to the ****** jumpgate in Zone-21 to detain a Bounty Hunter vessel apparently pursuing a target in the area. Not a sign of the Hunter, but we did come across a transport exiting the jump gate [Callsign: BDD.Echo-9]. The Captain insisted that he had been forced to take the gate by Order agents, and that he had seen none of the alien presence in ******. While it'd normally seem a little far-fetched, the Order ship [Callsign: Order|-Shade.99] jumping out right behind him seemed to at least partly confirm it. While the Bunker.Hill escorted Echo-9 to Norfolk for database wipes, I moved in pursuit of the Order ship. Oddly, the thing didn't make any effort to return fire and broke contact by means of an internal jump hole. Shortly after, I shipped back out to Manhattan, where we had an altogether less subtle Order pilot [Callsign: Horus|Adam'Foshko] giving the usual spiel on Liberty. I broke to engage the Order ship, and it was going just fine until he nailed my ammo store with a mini-razor just as my nuke went off in his face. Let's just say that I'm mighty glad those escape pods have radiation shields. That, and at least his Nephthys went up as well. No major injuries on this end, and I should be back on patrol just as soon as the techies can get my Liberator patched up. In the meantime, I'll log some more simulator hours. Patrol summary follows: Quote:Patrol Strength [4] Quote:Hostiles [5] Quote:Noteworthy Contacts [1] P.S. Congratulations on the promotion Polsta-. Lieutenant Commander Polstari, Sir. That'll be all. COMM ID: [color=#99FFFF]Junior-Lieutenant Alexis Hunter TARGET ID: Liberty Forces Reporting Center SUBJECT: Xenos gonna Xeen. ENCRYPTION: Low PRIORITY: Low ![]() Hey, Hunter here.
I was called to Colorado to deal with a buncha Xenos. Bastards had bombers all over a Battlecruiser, the U.S.S~Arkansas. Bastards were lobbying novas galore. I immediately jumped in, targetting a Waran, XA-Lancehead. Kept it up, then ended up with, oh, all three Xenos on me. Luckily, by this time, an =LSF= pilot named Amelia Berry showed up to help. Together we squared off against the Xenos. Soon enough, mister Lancehead had to eject. And pop went Lancey Then we continued fighting. In the end, Amelia Berry went down, then the Xeno's Pelican took a few magmas too many after the Admiral blew Death Adder to hell with some well-placed plasma. Double Pop Then, Gold Wing, Me, and a Bounty Hunter chased down one last Xenos. Made the bastard dock. I returned to Manhattan after that. We only lost Amelia Berry, the LABC, and a random gunboat that jumped in. Hunter out. [font=agency fb]****TRANSMISSION TERMINATED****

![]() TARGET ID: Liberty Navy High Command SUBJECT: Patrol Report #OED-2848: Smugglers, Corsair Gunboat, Mad Zoner, and Bounty Hunters ENCRYPTION: High PRIORITY: Medium Last night I conducted a patrol of the New York system alone in my Guardian. I received a distress call from a pair of Ageria Bison-class transports ([color=#FFCC66]Ageira|Thunderbolt and Ageira|Olympus) at the vicinity of the Colorado gate. They were under attack by the pirate gunboat Warhol. I moved to intercept and engaged the pirate vessel along the lanes. I ordered the transports to flee and fought the pirate as long as I could. Unfortunately I was lacking the necessary firepower to defeat him, but with the transports safe I retreated to West Point academy. <File Attachment 1> There I got into contact with a pair of bombers from DSE's security team, and we were preparing to hunt the gunboat when he fled into Coronado and we broke off. ---------~--------- A few moments later, after returning to West Point, I had the most bizarre encounter. A fellow named David.Hale.Clone.1 appeared in a lowly CSV and opened comms with me. He proceeded to attempt to order me on his authority as a clone of Fleet Admiral David Hale. Of course I ignored him, but the conversation was interesting, and I figured High Command would want to know about this imposter. <File Attachment 2: David.Hale.Clone.1 Scan> <File Attachment 3: Comms 1> <File Attachment 4: Comms 2> ---------~--------- My next encounter was with a smuggler who very much lacked subtlety. Cpt.Azdrubael.Vect was seen heading from Fort Bush to the Colorado gate with a load of nearly 5000 Blood Diamonds in the hold of his Stork Advanced Train. I pursued to the Colorado gate and stopped him before jumping. <File Attachment 5: Cargo Scan> He elected to run, and I engaged, nearly destroying him before he fled through the gate. My pursuit was unfortunately slightly delayed by a Universal convoy. I caught up to him at Planet Denver where he docked. <File Attachment 6: Dock Alert at Denver> I received backup from Lieutenant Commander Remus Sius with the LNS MacArthur at Denver, and we waited for the smuggler to attempt to leave. He left the planet once with different cargo but docked again before we could finish him off. ---------~--------- I left the MacArthur in Denver orbit to make a quick sweep of the system when I encountered several people at the New York gate, including Ciel, a Corsair-tagged vessel in a gunboat. After I hailed him, he opened up on a nearby freelancer and killed him, prompting me to engage and call the MacArthur in for backup. <File Attachment 7: Engaging Ciel> We engaged the gunboat together. The enemy ship mainly attacked myself while the MacArthur attacked him. Eventually he managed to destroy my ship but his was destroyed soon thereafter and the MacArthur rescued my pod. I was returned to New York. ---------~--------- I continued patrol in New York, when I encountered a group of Rhinos near Manhattan. (Haud_Logik, Jon_Krowe, and cross.) They were acting suspiciously, so I investigated. Two of them had Synthetic Marijuana in their holds, which I attempted to confiscate. They were not particularly cooperative but eventually they turned over the contraband and it was summarily destroyed. Based on the way they were acting, I highly suspect they had imbibed some of the drugs prior to my arrival, but I could not prove it so I left them be. <File Attachment 8: Scan of Haud_Logik> <File Attachment 9: Scan of cross> ---------~--------- Afterwards, I received a report about a possible intruder in Zone 21. I moved to investigate and encountered a Zoner-tagged vessel in the vicinity of Melbourne Station. The base's shields were engaged, so I was immediately suspicious. <File Attachment 10: Initial Contact> <File Attachment 11: Scan of The.Interdictor> <File Attachment 12: Vessel Attacking Base> The ship had some interesting things to say when I demanded he explain himself. I've attached relevant portions of the log. <Attachment 13: Communications with The.Interdictor> <File open> Quote:[09.07.2012 01:07:41] The.Interdictor: Eric: seems the LN Did send some one finally<File close> <File Attachment 15: Zoner's Death> To be perfectly honest I'm not overly upset about his fate, as he was clearly in violation of several different laws by being in Zone 21, opening fire on a Navy-affiliated base, and his initial rude contact towards a naval officer. But the possibility that Coalition forces may be capturing neutrals and coercing them into hostile actions is a serious threat, and should be carefully considered. ---------~--------- After the Zoner's death, the MacArthur and I returned to the Norfolk, where Lt.Scott_Andrew, a Bounty Hunter tagged Thresher class destroyer was passing through. We halted him, and informed him that foreign warships were not permitted in Liberty space. He argued the point for a while, claiming that he was an ally of Liberty and that he had special permission to be here. When we inquired as to who, exactly, had given him permission to be in Liberty space with a Thresher, he claimed it was an officer currently in the *REDACTED* system. <Attachment 15: Lt.Scott_Andrew Scan> <Attachment 16: Conversation with Andrew> We escorted him through Zone 21 and into the *REDACTED* system, to *REDACTED* Shipyard. We waited for this other officer, the LNS Lotus. While we were waiting, Lord_KaLoyan, another Bounty Hunter, appeared, obviously also in violation of Liberty law by being in the system. I pursued him alone back through the gate into Zone 21, and engaged when he attempted to run. He was destroyed shortly after. <Attachment 17: Scan of Lord_KaLoyan> <Attachment 18: Destruction of Lord_KaLoyan> Immediately following his destruction, the MacArthur reported that the Thresher was attempting to flee towards me. We both engaged him within Zone 21, but soon the MacArthur was hurting and retreated to gather reinforcements from the other side of the gate. I faced the Thresher alone for several harrowing minutes until he returned with reinforcements. <Attachment 19: Engaging the Thresher> The MacArthur returned with two additional Liberty Secondary Fleet capitals: the LNS Orchid and the LABC Enclave. There was momentary confusion by the two newcomers but after explicitly ordering them they finally engaged the Thresher and destroyed it. <Attachment 20: Death of the Thresher> <Attachment 21: Orders to the Secondary Fleet> I regret that I had to raise my voice to get the two Secondary Fleet ships to open fire on the Bounty Hunter, but their orders from Lieutenant Commander Sius were crystal clear and I believed my life to be in danger after the enemy ship had previously engaged me. This concludes my report -- it was quite the eventful patrol. Lambert out. [font=agency fb]****TRANSMISSION TERMINATED****
