Juggernaut ID
-Can attack any target if he wants it
-Can't be attacked except in self-defence
Allowed ships: Fighter, Freighters, Bombers, Gunboats, Cruisers, Battleships, Venator, Battlestar

And forced allied with all factions including nomads and admins

Also, I have mentioned this elsewhere, but I would like to suggest moving the Zoner guard system to Cayman. Cayman is no longer being used since the faction that owned it is gone. It has beautiful custom stations, one of each thing Omicron 74 has; a shipyard, a research station, and a giant freeport. All you'd need to do is rename the stations, rewrite their infocards, and move all the ships and equipment over.

This change will have several benefits:
1) Cayman and its stations will no longer be going to waste.
2) You'll be able to clear out Omicron 74, ridiculous minefield and all, and use it for other things, possibly as a turf war system between other Omicron factions.
3) The Zoner guard system will no longer be right next to the heart of Corsair space, alleviating some diplomatic issues. Furthermore, Cayman is next to Omega 49, a major Zoner system, and is pretty far away from systems belonging to other major factions, with the possible exception of the Mollys.
4) The Zoner guard system will no longer be a transit hub that several factions need to go through to move around the Omicrons.
5) The Gallic war will become more important to the Zoners, as the faction's home is now within striking distance if Bretonia falls.

I'd be all for a relocation of the Zoner guard system to the Omegas, but it will not be replacing Cayman.

I heard something about plans to retcon not so good explanation of Munich disaster (Samura worked with Kishiro on jumptech in some gaijin system).

How about it's connected to Interspace ban results? Due to lack of funding from Rheinland goverment DSE stopped caring of maintenance the gate, it malfunctioned and voila..

Hi, I notice that when encountering the NPC Freelancer faction they identify themselves as Zoners. They can actually refer to themselves as freelancers using gcs_refer_faction_player after msg_id_prefix. Thanks.
