How do you get a nomad cloak? Does the constructing base have to have a Nomad affiliation? Because I didn't see any way to build nomad cloaks in the base.cfg file. Normal cloaks. And Freelancer companion shows that the nomad cloak of any type is not sold anywhere.

Companion doesn't list cloaks or their sellpoints.
Nomad cloaks are available on Dur-Shurrikun, the Nomad city in Iota.

Actually Companion do.
3 types of Nomad Cloak are at Dur-Shurrikun, the Nomad city in Iota.
The one for snub also is sold at The Shrine, Unknown System.
