There's always OORP justification to anything.

This, however, is motivated by IRP reasons moreso than OORP. Just like shooting the base that would harbor miners in Kyushu. It's hard enough to pirate a miner as an Outcast, it doesn't need to be even easier. So Outcasts blew up the base.

I think there's always an inRP justification available for OoRP motivations. Or at least enough justification that will keep someone motivated enough out of the sanction forums.

That's all that really matters on this server, according to a good amount of the player population.

ooRP PoB sieges are nothing uncommon. I remember back in 4.86 or in the start of 4.87 when corsair sieged the same base in O3 for like 3 days with ~20 or more caps. And the hessians always managed to damage them good enough so they wont have the firepower to take down that base, which was BMM or BAF. When they saw there is no chance of taking it down. They logged very very early, the kind of time I will or any of the other hessians +2+3+4 timezones won't have any motivation of getting up from bed, being that siege, defense or if the girlfriend is giving birth. And they took down the base. Fun was killed ooRP siege was made, forums were full of shit, but nobody did a thing to fix the ooRP engagements.

Thats also a good question. What were the GRN doing in Dublin? What the mollys thought they cant take down a base with all those pathetic Scyllas and went on their GRN chars? Like Rheinland ships arent allowed in Liberty core space, California, New York, so the GRN should have its limits. Atleast until further updates when ( as much as I dont like it) Gallia will take more systems from Bretonia.

Leeds has a jump hole to Dublin? So what? JHs are avoided by house Militaries, and inRP shouldnt even know of the locations of the jump holes. And getting a whole fleet through a Jump Hole, to get far from your ZoI is just highly illogical.

2. we dont just use scyllas. we have a few vidars in the fleet as well.
