Description
Started with several AI programs who managed to obtain human "shells". The network grew into many smugglers who were adept at staying off the radar. Today they can be found throughout Sirius 'liberating' counterfit software and other forms of contraband anywhere they find a welcome docking station.

3. You may accept an escort from an [ipx] wingman only if you are currently not carrying contraband. You may accept an escort from a Mercenary anywhere.
4. [Lpx] Smuggler ID'd escorts may escort [Ipx] members only if you are not carrying contraband.

Ipx believes that free trade troughout Sirius is the best option in this age of turmoil, as it would stop a large portion of the current violence raging on through all the houses and border worlds. Ipx does not endorse the slave trade in any way shape or form.

2. Ipx will not haul anything considered contraband by any House or authority in thier ZOI.
3. Traders will fly alone only if they are in a ship with countermeasures and mkVIII armor.
4. You may accept an escort from an [Lpx] wingman only if they are currently not carrying contraband. You may not group with players carrying contraband. You may accept an escort from a Mercenary anywhere but Liberty space. A liberty lawful escort may be requested to the edge of liberty space.
5. [ipx] Trader ID'd escorts MAY NOT escort anyone carrying contraband, no matter who it is. You may escort [Lpx] members carrying legal goods.
