All contractors who've submitted pay request forms have had their shipments confirmed and validated, and have been compensated accordingly. Mister Larry Macduff has shipped by far the most cargo, at 34,450 units, and has received a bonus of twenty million credits. Triple Hazard Pay, Incorporated came in second place with 21,000 units, and receives a bonus of fifteen million, plus three and a half million for an outstanding feat of bravery, combat prowess, and patriotism performed while working under contract. In total, 72,605 units have been accounted for. Other contractors still have two days to post any proofs of delivery and field pay request forms, but the second pay cycle has now begun, and the units shipped counters have been reset.

Triple Hazard Pay Inc has been removed from the licensed distributors list, and will have to re-apply to be eligible for the bonuses the program provides. Furthermore, all contractors who have failed to ship anything so far - a disappointing number of them - have been struck from the list, and will have to reapply, unless they field pay requests for at least the minimum two million within the next forty-eight hours after this message. Captain Akahoshi and the Sigma Junkers, due to special circumstances, are exempt from this. Sombra Hookier has been added to the list.

Finally, we've outlined some specific rules in the transmission with the paperwork attached, regarding how we handle this whole process. Detroit prides itself on being transparent, and hopes that this will help all our contractors best understand how to work with us.

We look forward to seeing the new totals in two weeks's time.

We did our first two runs today, already shipping 7700 units of Light Arms to Sigma-17 and Sigma-19. See our trade logs below. Luckily, we were able to avoid any dangerous individuals by taking some unusual routes. Took some minutes more but at least my crew, the cargo and me are safe. The borderworlds are a risky business in these times.


- NEXT DAY, RUN GAMMA -

I delivered a Liberty "Bison" Transport to a friend waiting at Luxuary Liner Hawaii. I couldn't resist this opportunity to make some cash by the way, so I docked at Detroid and took a load of 4220 units of LIGHT ARMS and delivered it to Hawaii as well. Adding logs to the attachements.

3850 units of LIGHT ARMS have been delivered to Tomioka in Nagano. Was an... interesting sight. We encountered a nomad in Hokkaido, blocking the trade lane, so we couldn't get away. It just appeared there out of nowhere. I was about to run to the next escape pod, but it contacted me, talking to me, asking stuff... that was weird. Well, it was friendly, at least for this moment, I guess, and after a little chat, it allowed me to live. Isn't that just kind? Peaceful nomads, who would believe it. Eh, believe it or not, on our way back to Liberty everything went out well. Even Colorado, and we all know that Colorado is a terrible system. No offense, Ageira.

Just to explain the Marauders lack of shipping deliveries, we have actually made to my knowledge two deliveries however due to equipment failures on the ships utilized we are unable to provide you with the electronic manifests. After reviewing other data as well as the communication logs of the vessel intended to make these deliveries it appears as if the ship met with the captain of the /DM/-Bin.That.Knife at Battleship Ark Royal in the Newcastle system as one of the deliveries were made. While understandably we do not request any payment as the fault for this rests on our end, I would like to request that our organization be re-contracted for this pay cycle.

Note: to make things more convenient for shippers, the pay cycle has been extended to the 22nd.


The idea is that if you're a busy individual or organization, you'll have a whole weekend to sort out your forms, as pay claims for this cycle will now be accepted until the 24th, which is a Sunday. Every pay cycle following this one will follow the same pattern, so the third pay cycle will end on the 6th, et cetera. As an apology for any inconvenience this may cause, every contractor who ships at least 1,000 units this cycle will receive a small bonus. Happy shipping to you!
